I have gone to this nail place for about 7 years. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with them and I will not be coming back. I made an appointment for 5pm to get an acrylic full set and they booked it. I arrived and it took 30 minutes for them to start my nails. May had prepped my nails and Shawn put on the acrylic powder. He made a sign out of annoyance when he started my nails and did a terrible job. They are way too thick and look like a beginners work. My left hand is way thicker than my right hand and aren’t symmetrical at all. After he laid the acrylic, May painted my nails and had a terrible attitude. I asked for French tip and she got mad and said they were closing soon, even though they didn’t close for another 1.5 hours. She aggressively handled my nails and laid the polish on too thick so it took multiple times to dry and had to redo a nail. I ended up getting black nails with red chrome because she made a big deal about the French tip. As she was doing the chrome she said “I hate doing this”. She left polish all over my hands and when I asked her to clean them up a bit, she got very annoyed and she a horrible job cleaning them up. I paid $65 for these nails and I cannot stand to look at them.

I went today for the first time, the staff was really rude besides one lady. The guy that did my nails rushed them (there was no line. my nails are all diff sizes). My friends nail polish started peeling off, and we called them to ask for a redo and they said sure come in @6:15 and so we went and they were closed. Never going back ever again. Hours are also very wrong. not worth ur money.

I went to try crimson nails. I was a walk in client. Showed them pictures of what I wanted done. Said I wanted super sharp nails. The staff was friendly but seemed a little aggravated once they saw the nails I wanted. They said they have done plenty of stiletto acrylic nails before. I’ve had these for a couple of days and the shape and design are a little off. Misshaped and the line work doesn’t line up. Had him fix it three times then I gave up. I’m really disappointed the nails are already separating from my real nails. I paid 80 for them and that’s not a bad price however I won’t be going back unfortunately.

I called in last minute for an acrylic set, and they were able to fit me in, even though it was close to closing time. The nail tech, who is also the owner, took great care of me, and my nails look perfect. The shop was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend!

my absolute favorite nail salon. the nail techs there are always so quick and do an amazing job every time. I would recommend Kim to anyone who is looking to get their nails done. she's done 30+ acrylic sets of mine and never disappointed. the price is also great for the quality of work they do
