I've consistently had good service at the drive through window. Ive been getting my prescriptions here for a few years now, and they've been very good about refills etc. The staff is friendly and efficient.

They withheld my medication for two weeks, because they wanted my prescriber to use an alternative medicine. The medicine I am prescribed works well for me. It’s not new or expensive. I don’t understand why they think they can bully prescribers into using even cheaper medicine. Pharmacies fulfill scripts. They don’t get to chime in when it comes to a medical professional’s prescription.
They had no problem letting me suffer without medication for two weeks while they awaited my prescriber’s compliance. I switched to the local pharmacy, and got my meds with no questions, and no problems. This company does not care about you. I will no longer give this company my business until the day I die. Shame on them.

My medicine is out more times than it is in, I have brain tumors and in severe pain, it's convenient and close since I can't drive but they take their time filling medicine, when it is in. I've been out for 4 or 5 days and they seem so nonchalant about it when someone calls for me, I can't hear. Please fix this problem

Ellettsville CVS enjoys playing with elders needing their meds and laughes, and making jokes at them to other cvs employees drive thru tells my diabetic elderly mother that just went through major cololn surgery it will be 45 more minutes then told 15 more minutes then told they can't fill it! This happens to her everytime picking up her meds from this pharmacy! I'm hearing other elders is experiencing the same as my mother. SHAME ON ELLETTSVILLE CVS EMPLOYEES!

Horrible service. I stood at counter for 7 minutes while 3 techs told ech other stories about someone in drive thru. All the while looking at me knowing I hadn't been helped. Finally, the pharmacist helped me. Ridiculous!!!

The automated answering service is designed to intentionally avoid having to speak to their customers. It's demeaning, infuriating, and very offensive. Will be looking for a new pharmacy.

I have lived out of the county for 5 years and had my prescriptions transferred back to Ellettsville. The pharmacy is always so helpful, and prescriptions are always filled on time. I'll drive for good service. I'd like to add that ALL store staff took good care of my son and I during the storm last week. They were concerned about us and very professional. Keep up the good work ?

The meds my doctor called in for me yesterday because of a ruptured disc in my neck that is putting severe pressure on my spinal cord are still not filled and I was told that they won't be ready any time soon because the pharmacist was to busy doing vaccines to fill the prescription and was asked to try and get it sent somewhere else on a Saturday lol doctors office is closed so now I get to wait in pain until they finally decide to fill prescription good luck to us all.

If I could give them a zero I would. I just sat in line for 20 min for my husband's ER script and they closed the gate right in front of me and refused to help me. I get staff shortages but the least that could have been done is helping someone who was there way before the early closing time. Now my husband has to go another day without medicine he needs. This is just ridiculous. If our insurance didn't require us to go to them we would for sure be moving our scripts and never giving our business to this company ever again.

CVS is seriously the worst run pharmacy! It would be nice to be able to simply go pick up a prescription, just once. No, every time I have been there, it’s been an ordeal. The staff just make excuses and place blame elsewhere. Today’s situation culminated in getting the pharmacy window shut in my face because I wanted to talk to the manager about my mom’s prescription that STILL hadn’t been filled from the day before. So rude and unprofessional.
