I would give 0 stars, the Attorney does not know how to treat the patient, it is not the first time she has gone through this and other reasons, I stopped looking for my monthly medications here and I prefer to drive a little further away and use another CVS. Zero professional, especially the big blonde who is always sitting.🤬😡😠

I have asked them to take an insurance that I NO LONGER HAVE off of my account for an entire year and they keep charging my medications under it and charging me a premium that I shouldn't have. An entire year of me not having this insurance, it should be illegal for them to even try to cover a medication in my name. This is ridiculous. Not to mention, one pharmacy technician was incredibly rude and demeaning when I brought up this issue when I previously filled a medication.

Never have medicine filled or have in stock , never call back with the new leave voicemail call back in hour is a joke they are rude and need a good lesson in good manners to there costumers but the store is great just a crappy pharmacy need to hire more people

This pharmacy has went downhill so badly since Covid began. You should never get a voicemail when calling a pharmacy about your medication and on top of that you should never get a pharmacist who sounds like they are high as a kite when you were asking them questions the gentleman that I had a pleasure of speaking to tonight sound zonked out of his head cannot give me a solid answer on anything and abruptly hung up on me. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

CVS always has high prices and doesn't stock well, and the Rewards process can be convoluted and overly complicated, but cashier Sydnee did a stellar job helping today. Post COVID, so many customer service people clearly don't care, but she was helpful and kind and even apologized unnecessarily for taking a minute. She'll be an asset to any store.

Prescriptions are ready sometimes, but we usually have to wait a half hour before they are ready. Also, the price goes up if we get a 90-day supply instead of a 30-day suppy. ?? Update, they almost always have our prescriptions ready now, but price still changes all the time. ??

Lady working Friday morning 12/22 is terrible at customer service and a poor communicator. Then blamed me for her terrible job and attitude. Won't return to this store!

They didn't bother to call to tell me they ran out of my prescription when it's on an auto refill (meaning they should know how much they need by each date) then when I went to get it they didn't have any and by the time they had it in stock (which they didn't call to tell me that) my prescription had expired and now I have to go through the whole system again just to get my medication. If you can get your pills somewhere else please do for your own well-being.

This CVS store is in a great spot and has an exceptional staff team, as well as having a good pharmacy, but the prices are absurdly extreme, causing me to stray away from here and go to the Dollar General or Kroger.

The pharmacy staff is always rude. I come here alot. The pharmacist especially, I felt like I was in high school w his attitude and how he was towards my self and other people. Almost every time I come here it's a bad experience. The meds are hardly ever on time. And I'm always having issues w them not being able to find what the Dr called in. Never had this many issues w a cvs bfre.

Pharmacist has a seriously poor attitude when questions are asked regarding the reasoning prescriptions are transferred. Shouting across the pharmacy instead of coming over to the counter and helping a customer is unprofessional and confusing for all involved. The worst experience at a pharmacy ever.
