Been using this CVS for years, haven’t had issues until recently. Hours posted online and in store are not accurate. There have been multiple times over the past several weeks where we went to CVS during their alleged operating hours, only to find the doors locked or the pharmacy closed. There is no reason why the doors should be locked at 10:40 when you say you close at 11. I’m sure corporate will be very interested to hear about employees closing up shop early.

They text you and tell your script is ready for pickup and you find out for some reason they decide to close on Sundays now. Do better for your customers. Set hours and stick to them also change your signage to reflect your true hours.

Here I am here and it’s 710 am and the store sign says 8am but online says 7am please change that I paid for an uber here and wasted my money because online times are wrong !

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this CVS due to a staff member/manager, a middle-aged woman possibly named Diane. From the start, her attitude was rude and dismissive, showing no respect at all. When I inquired about their package drop-off policy, she and another employee gave inconsistent answers, causing lots of confusion. She then abruptly decided not to accept my package that day. When I suggested they should be consistent and know their policies better, she rudely told me, “I’m just telling you…” and then said, “leave!”. Honestly, this is my first time writing a negative review, and it’s because of her unacceptable behavior. Her unprofessional and disrespectful attitude created a terrible experience and reflects poorly on her as both an employee and a manager.

This place is the worst, I waited over 2 hours for a call in prescription that never got filled, I kept getting the haven't heard anything from your Doctor,so I leave, follow up with the Doctor, get proof it was called in go back same scenario, find out later these poor people are computer illiterate, I've never seen a business with this many incompetent morons on the same shift. What a waste of human flesh. obviously they don't read their reviews nor do they care. MAKES SENSE WHY THE PARKING LOT IS EMPTY. CLOSE THE DOORS. CUT HEADS AND START ALL OVER, MIGHT HAVE A SECOND CHANCE, DOUBT IT LOOKING AT YOUR REVIEWS. I SEE A WALGREENS TAKING YOUR PLACE IN THE NEAR FUTURE 😉😉😉

I wish I could lock the doors early so I don’t have to work. This is horrible service. I came to get my son medicine 15 minutes before closed just to find out they locked up early. Make sure to check pay stubs. Sounds like employees stealing money

You can't even get any kind of customer service. You cannot contact the pharmacy anymore as bad as it was they made it worse I have to drive there just to find out the simplest things and wait in the long lines just to be treated rudely.

Gave the cashier a $20 bill for a $9 purchase. Got $1 back. Was accused of being a liar when I asked for my full change.

Every experience I’ve had at this pharmacy has been a negative one. Takes hours to fill prescriptions for antibiotics, does not have things in stock usually. Only giving this two stars because I spoke with one very helpful pharmacy tech who helped answer my questions and get my prescriptions transferred to a different location.
