Our previous agent left Allstate and we were transferred to Daniel as our new agent in February 2023. I emailed Daniel in April 2023 for assistance and he and Todd got back to my email within just a couple hours (and this was even after normal business hours). This agent is horrible at communication and tries whatever he can do to rip you off. When I decided to sell my home and along with that of course cancel my homeowners policy, even though I told him I wanted to continue with my car insurance policy he canceled it because he was feeling vindictive. One of the most unprofessional insurance agents I have ever had to deal with. Buyer be where.

They’ll switch agents on you without warning. Double your rate without cause, and when you reach out to them they will ignore your inquiries and send you another bill. 0/5 if I could.
