DICK'S Sporting Goods offers a clean and well-maintained shopping environment, with notable displays like the impressive Stanley Cup wall. While the bathrooms are average, the overall store experience is positive. Shoppers can find good deals on various items, such as compression bags. The staff members stand out for their helpfulness and professionalism. For example, Brayden in the shoe department provided excellent guidance when purchasing running shoes, taking the time to find the right fit and offering insightful advice on comfort, speed, and support. His friendly attitude and dedication made the shopping experience more enjoyable. In the bike department, Richard demonstrated great patience and offered valuable recommendations, ensuring customer satisfaction. The shoe department staff are attentive, checking in regularly to assist with sizes and options, and utilizing a helpful kiosk system for stock checking. Although service on the sales floor is satisfactory, exceptional hospitality was observed at checkout, where a young associate named Jenna provided warm, patient, and friendly assistance, even during busy times. Overall, the store is staffed by team members who go above and beyond to offer good service, making shopping at DICK'S Sporting Goods a worthwhile experience.

Bathrooms were meh, but the rest of the place was super nice and clean. The Stanley cup wall was freightingly beautiful. If an earthquake happened, and I was standing next to that wall, I would have 43 concussions and possibly death. Overall, it was fine. Got a good deal on a compression bag.
