Enterprise car rental is always fabulous to deal with. They come pick me up they go above and beyond I even got to drop my rental car at my body shop good morning. I picked up my car. They gave me a great car that was upgraded because they didn’t have any smaller ones and Brandon was fabulous at the Bloomington Indiana location. Highly recommend A+ bus

I used Enterprise while my car was being repaired after an accident. Brandon made everything very easy and clear. He picked me up at the collision center quickly got through all the details and I was in a very clean, well maintained Corolla. I dropped off the car at the collision center when mine was repaired and it was picked up there. Super easy recommend. I would rent with them again.

Enterprise was very helpful when my car was getting worked on. They dropped the rental car off for me and the shop, and I was able to leave it at the shop when I was done. Sean was kind and professional while talking me through the rental agreement. Will definitely use Enterprise again.

The check in/out process was very thorough and complete. The vehicle was well maintained. What I appreciate most was that I accidentally left a cup in the car when I returned the car. I called within a half hour to ask them if they found the cup. It had rolled under the front seat. Sean went to check and found the cup and promised to hold it for a week until I returned for a new rental. It was there as promised. That's great customer service. Recommend this place highly.

I needed a car for a few days while my vehicle was being fixed for hail damage. I told the person on the other end that I wasn't picky about cars, I'd take whatever they had. I was given a cute little KIA that was loaded with all the extras. Wow! I had a great time driving that little beaut. The only bad part about the interaction was the guy driving me from the body shop to pick up the rental. He purposely tried to hit a squirrel in the road, then explained why he hated squirrels. I'm a vegan and animal lover – I didn't appreciate that. He should keep his cruel intentions to himself. But, I don't hold this against the company. Otherwise it was a great experience.

Great service at the Enterprise on College ST.Bloomington Indiana. Michael (Mickey) took all the time I needed to get me comfortable with the rental. Shawn was pleasant to deal with. He had a few customers backed up but took great care of us in a professional manner. While in Bloomington IN. I would always pick this location for my rental needs. Brandon checked the rental over after return. Super service!It appears Enterprise hires the right folks. Thank you!

I have rented from this place for a few years, and so far I have no regrets. They are very nice to work with, and try their best to work with my schedule. Their rates are also very reasonable! I would recommend anyone to rent from Enterprise!

Company gave me reservation number even congratulated me on number of years renting from them...added discount for loyalty level...dropped off at location 80 miles from home only to be told I was on a "no rental list". ( who knew) from a rental in 2022 in North Carolina...I wasn't in NC in 2022 let alone rent from slimes...35 calls none returned...15 messages none returned the only live person I spoke with was an operator zip nadaleft stranded had to Uber $45 trip to airport to rent from Avis...never ever again

Have used this location 3 times in the past 2 years. I will always use Enterprise. Less hassle, always have the car or a free upgrade. No risk of scam for repairs as they make sure any little scratch is already on file before you drive off. Good customer service. I just feel safe using their vehicles.

I received a rental through here for insurance, but it was nothing but added stress on top of my totaled car. It started with them telling me I couldn't get a car until mine was in a shop, then it was not having anything in the insurance price available and that I'd have to pay out of pocket for the rest.The car I received smelled like cigarettes and caused breathing difficulties from irritating my asthma. Then I was consistently overcharged for the "extra" the insurance wouldn't cover.Another location assisted me with adjusting the cost to the insurance rate since another car wasn't available. They also gave the vehicle an air treatment. Not sure why the College location didn't do both of those already. I can only assume they intended to make money off of charging me personally, seeing as there not being a vehicle in my insurance price range was out of my hands.I thought it would be fine after that, but then they waited until the end of the day, the day after my insurance stopped paying, to inform me that I owe them a whole days worth of pay and will be personally responsible for covering all costs from that point.After dropping off the vehicle, I was then charged without my knowledge or explanation of why. I was specifically told that I would receive an email receipt and a call if they needed to charge me for anything or had questions. No call was made to me and there was no reason I should have been charged.I contacted the customer service online and they informed me that my car was returned, but never checked in and they were still charging me the full daily rate. I was told that it would be taken care of, but I still haven't received my receipt or refund.This whole experience made the stress of my car accident twice as stressful.They did nothing but continuously try to gouge me for money, when all I was trying to do was get to work while my car was undriveable. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had and I'm extremely disappointed to still be dealing with these issues when it's been weeks since the car was returned.
