Carole was very helpful. We have multiple units at the facility and she worked patiently with me to answer all my questions in regards to adding more units and pricing details. She made it a very painless process. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Price increase of about 40% after 2 months. When I attempted to close my account during normal business hours, I had to wait quite a while for someone to come to the office. The gentlemen who helped me was friendly and told me he put a freeze on payment and would complete the move out later so that I could be on my way--however, I was charged another month's rent later that day.
Other than those issues-access was easy, and the premises were well maintained. But the issues outweigh the benefits and I will not use this company in the future.

Very clean and affordable. Had my items in storage for over a year, no dust on anything! Staff is very friendly, professional, and resolved any issues I had. Would definitely use this facility again.
