I had a great experience with Layni and the head spa! I struggle with a super dry scalp due to eczema, and this treatment made a noticeable difference. While I can still see some dryness when I look in the mirror, it’s significantly better than before my appointment. Layni was kind, knowledgeable, and made the whole process really relaxing. I definitely recommend it if you’re dealing with scalp issues or just want to treat yourself to something soothing and effective!

I got full highlights, haircut by Miranda. For 350$ i feel like i overpaid for a service which they had overbooked. I didn't get individual attention throughout because two other people handled my hair (wash and toner) because Miranda was busy with another client. It wasted my time because toner had to be applied twice. Blowout looked fine but when i straighten my hair, it's all cut unevenly. Highlight looks better after two washes. Probably won't be going back because i have received better services before and haircut is looking really weird and messy right now

Went here to get a perm from stylist Hannah. She was nice and it looked great when it first came out, but now it is already faded/gone after a week. Ive tried what I can for help online with products, hair care, tutorials, but styling it to get its curls back is impossible. It looks awful the days I tried to style it normally and now Im going to another salon to try and fix this mess. Waste of $150.

So I’m your typical great clips haircut guy, just a quick buzz. Decided to try something different and went to Roberto and told him to do what he thought looked good. The whole experience was amazing. Went to an IU game and got so many compliments. The entire staff is so friendly. Highly would recommend. Holli the owner has assembled a great staff!

Had a haircut appointment with Holli for the first time. She is a great listener and understands what you want. I have had quite a few short haircuts before so even if I go for short haircuts I generally don’t feel any difference. But, Holli did a great job with my hair and actually made the cut look unique. Would definitely recommend.

Another whimsy and another appointment with Holli and another amazing haircut. As always, Holli heard my crazy ideas out and worked around them. Also, since she was a bit caught up instead of making me wait gave me a complimentary mini facial which I highly appreciated. Loved my haircut and is exactly “something different” that I wanted. She has a customer for life. Must stop for your styling requirements for sure!

I scheduled an appointment for their head spa pure ritual experience with a blow dry. Hannah couldn’t have been nicer, the space was clean & separate from the hair salon. The head spa massage lasted about an hour and it was very relaxing, but I don’t believe it was worth $150 + $50 for blow dry + tip. Very pricey at $240.

The girl I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and amazing. The service was great and I am so happy with my hair. I was seen by Lindley and she was so nice and I enjoyed talking to her. I 10000% will be back here.

Just followed Heidi Hurst to her new location. A very inviting design, clean open area. Stylist and personnel were friendly and seemed respectful.

100% recommend! I booked a back-to-back Pure ritual with Chyrese and a haircut with Lindley. Both were amazing!
The Pure spa ritual was super relaxing. It’s in a smaller room separate from the whole salon, so the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. Basically every product and hair treatment smelled absolutely amazing. After the treatment, my hair and scalp felt way softer. Following the Pure ritual, I got my hair cut and blow-dried by Lindley. I asked for her to do whatever she thought looked best without doing a big chop. She revitalized my hair while somehow only cutting off like an inch of length! Magic!
Would highly recommend these two, and would also highly recommend stacking the services!!

Holli, the owner, has been doing my hair for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She listens to what I want and is always realistic about the process and time it will take. I get so many compliments on my color and style.
