Toilet was extra loud after flush. Other than that, it was a great room.

I stayed at this property with my mom and brother for a night. We arrived late since we ended up being walked to this property. Right off the bat, we were a bit upset to have been walked since it was inconvenient, but were met with friendly staff. The overnight front desk attendant honored our request of being given a balcony which we were grateful for.The next morning, we had their breakfast, which was fairly good. Lawrence, the assistant general manager catered to our needs and was very friendly. We were checked up on a bit after given our meal to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff makes this property what is is, I recommend staying here.

save yourself the trouble if you're thinking about working here, the first thing the GM, Orvina said to me was that "the problem these days is that workers get paid too much". toxic, ablest work environment that will discriminate against you if you're not neurotypical, and very little room to advance in the hospitality career industry due to the competitive/highschool nature of the workplace.

If I could rate this beneath a 1, I would do so. This hotel is dirty, unkept, wreaks of cigarettes, low quality and uncomfortable beds, terrible service and poor location. I only chose this hotel due to lack of availability within a football weekend in Bloomington.Stay away.

Located right next to a fire station. Woke up by sirens at least three times last night. Also, waited on hold for 10 minutes yesterday, hung up, called back and received service.

This is a great pet friendly hotel. We spent 3 nights here with 2 pets. The hotel was clean and nice, just a bit dated but very clean.Nice hot breakfast with good selection of food. The entire staff was overly friendly and super nice. They all went out of their way to welcome our pets, and boy did our fur babies love the attention.Huge shout out to DARCY who went so far as to have a special breakfast for our pets on our last morning.5 STARS TO THE STAFF.

Bed was one of the most firm mattresses I've ever had to endure. There were ants crawling all over the bathroom sink and counter when I woke up. They were coming from between under the counter where the sink is attached. No food or scented items near to attract them. When I told the front desk nicely about the situation, he said "Okay, I'll put a work order in. Anything else?" No emotion or apology regarding how gross it is to wake up to a hundred ants crawling in a sink. Be careful staying here. Great location but there's no way they don't know about this problem.Food & drinks: Restaurants across the street are convenient.

For a Marriot property, this property is a real beater. I was shocked when we walked into the "lobby". When I travel with my family, I usually pick Fairfield Inn since they have a pool, suites, and free breakfast. All Fairfield Inns have a lobby, and generally, they all have the same decor. This place has a tiny area with a bar height table that is called the lobby and the breakfast area. Plus, when ypu enter the automated folding doors (who has those anymore), you are standing right in front of the elevator. Hopefully, no one is standing I'm line waiting for it.Had all of Bloomington not been sold out for the night, I would have requested a refund and gone to the Courtyard. As a Marriott loyalist, this is the worst Fairfield Inn I have stayed in. For the love of God, close it for about a year and gut the whole thing, rebovate it, and build an actual lobby.Rooms: Need to be updatedWalkability: Walkable to numerous restaurants

Was told I would be charged for one night by the front desk, corporate charged me for two. Did not honor their word. Over drafted my account.

HVAC was filled with mold in 206 and I had to sleep without AC on account of the odor. Mold has to be physically removed, you cannot simply spray. They need to remove the Ptacs and clean all interior parts.

Clean hotel, just a bit dated compared to the Spring Hill down the street. Decent amount of parking. AC works. Close enough to shopping and just right off the freeway.
