I have dealt with this branch for years and never had any issue. Today was the first time working directly with the bank manager and I will terminate my account and not be back. she argued with me on everything I said, but when I presented the receipts, she backpedaled and never apologized. Then I proceeded to tell her that I wanted to pay my land taxes with cash or debit she said that we no longer take cash here and I said what kind of bank doesn't take cash and she said that's my idea I'm the one that didn't wanna mess with cash to more. that people were just bringing in large amounts of money, and she acted like as if money overwhelmed her. I will not be back, and I do not trust a word that she says, and would not trust her with my money.
