I came in before 6:30 and was told I couldn't print basic documents. People should be able to print stuff until close. It's literally just a computer.

Wouldn't accept package because it was a repurposed ups box. Get over yourselves, it's a cardboard box. Would you turn me away if I used an Amazon box?Didn't even bother trying to sell me a FedEx box, basically just told me to leave because I had a UPS box and blamed it on UPS for some reason.

When you move buildings get better help, people who know how to talk to people professionally after they have to deal with the fedex computer voice nonsense before hand

Very rude employee, I was able to get his name - Edward. He was very rude because I supposedly had a USPS box with a FedEx label on it. I was trying to explain him that I was given a fedex return label to stick to the same box and was going to suggest that I would coverup the USPS label but he cut me off and started to shout at me in front of everyone in the store. Very unreasonable and offensive , FedEx please get hold of him and take appropriate action. This is not unacceptable.

I don’t know how a FedEx has so many bad reviews, but I wanted to leave an honest, and positive review. I went in today, November 14th, at 11:30 to drop off a package. Caleb was very kind, quick to get my package taped up and ready to go. I have no complaints and have never had a bad experience here.

Won’t be returning for pickup and will only do deliveries as the customer service here was the worst. The lady seemed annoying with me picking up my order and hands me my prints without saying a word. Absolutely horrible a simple smile would have made my experience all the better. Teach employees to be kind people thank you.

Went here in a terrible mood (for my own personal reasons) and Edwards customer service was so exceptional that it put me in a good mood. He was very attentive and efficient while helping the customer in front of me, myself and also the customer behind me. I know this isn't a review for the store as a whole, but I had to say something and will be leaving a review per the survey option on receipt.

Lost a $250 book that was handmade by local artists that never reached its destination, then told me it wasn't their fault and refused to pay even though I had insured the package. Use UPS or the post office. Will never use them again.

The most horrible customer service I have ever experienced, The young blonde lady wants to charge $2.50 to print out a $0.25 piece of paper because the print and go service is not working. Then had to gull to offer to sell me a USB drive for $13.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. They are not generous and wouldn’t help you if you need on any information how to put the barcode or anything. Extremely bad customer service.
