Nathan cherry has gone above and beyond and deserves more than the 5 stars allowed, his expertise is absolutely astounding. He totally has the customers best interest in heart, which I find totally exhilarating, especially in the world we live in. Nathan doesn't hesitate to make the experience personable and relaxing with his wealth of knowledge and personality. Truly hope 5/3 realizes the true value of his experience and great qualities as a banker! Keep up the good work nathan!!

Nathan is so kind and soft-spoken. He removed my monthly fee and my overdraft fee without me asking. As a mom of 2 young kids and a college student, any savings counts! He processed my request quickly and I'm very satisfied with his services.

Met with Cathy opened a new checking account had a bonus offer for $375 for setting up direct deposit. Everyone was very friendly and laughing. By the time I left I felt like I knew everyone and had banked there for years. I was even given dinner recommendations by a teller to a local restaurant on 4th street.

I gotta admit I was always skeptical of a bank that is a improper fraction! But I always have great interactions with the people here! Just a couple days ago I had to call in to speak to someone about handling a fraud case. Nathan Cherry was amazing he understood what had happened and had more than enough knowledge to have it taken care of. He went above and beyond for me, even sent me a email letting me know that everything was taken care of.

Your cashier "pam" is extremely rude!!! Maybe someone should remind her that the clients who bank there are the only reason she has a job. She keeps the attitude up and i find a different place to bank.

Went in the Bloomington Westside location to buy rolls of quarters. They asked if I had an account and I said no I don't. The teller said I would need to open an account to get change. I said forget it I'll go somewhere else and get change. Don't tell me this was about passing fake cash because they have ways of checking if the cash is counterfeit. They just thought they'd try to strong arm me into opening an account.
