Have a personal account that began while institution was Main Source. Never encountered problems, started my business one year ago and started business account. My account was fraudulently accessed on July 2, 2019. I reported the fraud and ordered a new debit card. As of today I have received no replacement and have been told numerous times that all I need to close the account is my ID. No remedy to the problem just dismissal of the problem. Would not recommend this financial institution to any one who takes their finances seriously.

I absolutely love this bank! We switched here many years ago and the customer service has been by far the best we have had at a bank since the day we started banking here. My current favorite is Stephanie, today when I walked in she was very friendly, addressed me by name and asked how mutual friends were doing. I know they were super busy but she took the time to actually have a bit of conversation. She then proceeded to direct me where to go for proper assistance, she was training a teller and taking care of the drive up window at the same time. All while remaking pleasant, didn't get flustered and handled it all extremely well. Customer service can be lacking sometimes, not at this location! I They have a private parking lot and drive through window-making life easier all the way around!

Friendly, but not open on the weekends. It is a huge struggle to get there working 8-5 Mon-Friday. There are no ATMs besides the one in the building. Most likely will switch banks due to this.
