I don't know them personally, but I did take a chance and ordered a motor through them online. after ordering it I realized I made a mistake and shipping wasn't included.. Reaching out to them was easy and they went above and beyond with customer service and a solution. The hold up was on my end 100%. Hard times came and time went by. It's now almost been a whole year and my motor is now on a crate headed to me. I salute these guys for holding that and being honest. Will definitely have my business recommendations and my business when I need parts. I suspect these guys repair vehicles with the same honesty. And for that reason they deserve your business and will value it. Thank you very much. -James

If you are looking for an honest and reliable mechanic for all kinds of services, this is the place to go. I have been a customer of theirs for 20 years over multiple cars and always receive good work and a fair price. A good mechanic is hard to find, so give them a try, they have established a great reputation with their long term customers.

They’ve gone down hill and are predatory on people who don’t know cars, they tried to say my boyfriend’s brakes were on their last limb, that his rotors and calibers were also in desperate need of replacement, and were going to charge 2000 to fix all this. Had my mechanic friend look at it and while Flextune said, “ur brake pads are half the width of a credit card” we saw them for ourselves and they were a half inch thick. The rotors and calibers were fine and all in all we paid $100 bucks plus price of brakes from rock auto to fix it. No need to mess with the rotors or calibers.

Recently had my brakes replaced at Flextune and they ran into more issues with the repair than they anticipated. However, I could not be more impressed by their emphasis on quality control. The mechanics clearly take pride in their work. I am so appreciative. Thanks guys.
