Do not under any circumstances shop at this store. I purchased a unique chair here the other day to restore and use. I could not fit it in my car, so the attendant took the chair back and said I could pick it up tomorrow. I come back receipt in hand, only to find out the store re tagged it and sold the item less than 24 hours of me paying for it, and being under the impression by the employee that my property that I had purchased would not be taken out from under me. Apparently not, and supposedly this was something I was to know somehow despite it not being on the receipt, and the attendant not making us aware of this at all. I don’t care that I got my money back, this is a ridiculous and embarrassing business practice. Thanks to Goodwill I wasted two hours and even more time now trying to find a chair for my apartment. Complete joke of a store and business.

I normally love shopping at Goodwill with my family; and I normally have a really good experience here at this location and we were having a great experience for the most part during our visit, but today we came in about an hour before closing and the staff repeated an unnecessary and ridiculously obnoxious message over the intercom every 5-10 minutes that the store would be closing in “x” amount of minutes and that everyone in the store needed to make final selections and head to the front. Hearing this once or twice in the last hour is normal; but hearing it double digits of times is ridiculous. Nothing screams, “I hate my job and I want you all to leave so I can go home” than repeating the closing time of the store that much. From 6:35 to 6:45 it was said three times in that ten minute frame alone. To the staff announcing that, you’re alienating and annoying customers, we are capable human being who understand when a store closes and can remember what you said ten minutes ago. This is the first time I have had employees genuinely ruin an experience that should have been great.

Shout out to the staff, who were all so very, very kind this morning helping me (re)locate something! The store is clean and well-organized and (of course) full of treasures. Found some of my own today. A wonderful experience! 10/10

I'm sure we're all thinking the same thing, make sure the clothing fits before you purchase it. Goodwill does offer in store credit for returns. I personally tired I'm wasting my money on clothing that doesn't fit right and Goodwill offers no opportunity for fitment. With this said I went in this particular Goodwill today had a cart with a few items in it when I got the strong urge to urinate. I walk up to the restroom door area and I'm waiting in que when an employee walks up and decides to verbally remind me the merchandise is not allowed in a restroom. I had no intention in pushing my cart or carrying clothing into the restroom I had a bladder infection and was simply in queue along with everyone else. I didn't have clothing in my hand either. I was profiled by this lady for no apparent reason other than perhaps my age, sex or perceived financial status. I used the restroom, ditched my cart and selections and voted with my feet. Thanks to the people who keep second hand stores in business. I however found this employee to be rude and wrong for profiling customers. This is the only Goodwill whom have ever made me feel uncomfortable while I was actively trying to support their cause. Employee behavior such as this generally comes down from management. I've maybe the decision to no longer donate or shop at this Goodwill effective immediately. Opportunity house is much better choice.

This place is trash and they treat the customers like trash too, Bought a wifi extender here and had so much trouble with it not resetting and eventually realized that it wasnt going to work, I always keep my receipts when buying any electronic items but since I tried to get support through netgear multiple times before I threw in the towel and I hadn't realized the strict 14 day return policy on items that they sold that didn't work and had never been tested! I thought surely the 14days is for buyers remorse returns and that type of thing, not items that they sold a customer that was broken to begin with. Single father with full custody of 3 children and that $10 is a lot more to our family than it is to many other families, I pleaded with the manager thinking that surely a decent person would override this situation but they were rude and arrogant and offered that I could redonate the broken item if I wanted to! Probably hoping they could burn some poor person all over again! This isnt over, I'll keep you posted on my attempts to right this wrong and make sure this doesn't happen to others.

It should be a crime to make the bra rack so high that I can barely even reach the tags to see what I’m looking for. What am I 6’2? I’m 5’3 reaching on my tippy toes lmao!!! Gotta dislocate my arm just to reach for things. Not actually but it really does hurt to scan that rack. Also it’s actually scandalous to charge SHEIN clothing for 4.99+, we all know they bought that shirt for $1 on that website. Do better goodwill..

They removed changing rooms during the pandemic and never put them back. They want you to buy no matter what. You’ll take cloths that don’t fit you and when returning the items, they’ll give you credit, instead of your money back.

Goodwill?
More like ill-will.
They closed their changing rooms, which means the only way to try on clothes is to buy them and then return them later. I would have been okay with this inconvenience If it weren't for the fact that Goodwill's return policy is a rip-off. They dishonestly claim that it is a "refund policy" when in reality it is just a trade-in. After I bought a bunch of clothes and attempted to return the ones didn't fit, while I was checking out, I explicitly asked the cashier if I could return these items and they said yes. The next day, Goodwill refused to give me my money back, and instead only offered me a gift card. This policy was only visible on some of the registers, in small print, and in fine print on my receipt. I was misled his policy and tricked into purchasing more clothes than I needed. This dishonest business practice is utterly unacceptable.

Way overpriced on furniture and kids toys. The woman stocking glassware was really nice. I never been to this location before. Prices might be higher because college students. They have nice organization in the clothing and shelves!
