Terrible experience I literally cut my own hair today for the first time and it turned out better than my last cut here. I would like a refund for the terrible service and treatment.

I've been to this place many times, and it really depends on the stylist you get. Some of the younger ones have been excellent, while some of the old ones haven’t. So be careful when choosing your stylist.

The hairdresser was really nice, but the haircut was terrible. I’ve never had such a badly done haircut. Despite clear instructions, she did the opposite—I don’t think she was actually a hairdresser.

Showed a picture to the barber but she ignored it for real and gave me an awful haircut. Ended up shaving my head and paying $30. Don't go here if you like to keep your hair decent.

Not sure why they feel like they need to make conversation. Just cut my hair. Maybe it wouldn't have been as butchered as it was had they been focusing on that. I could've done a better job myself!

The stylist wasn’t personable at all and wouldn’t engage in conversation. That would be fine as I generally don’t want to talk much anyway. But my haircut was not at all what I asked for either. I asked to have a shoulder length bob with layers, which I thought was a simple request. I ended up with my hair cut up above my jawline, so short it’s unfixable until it grows out. It looks horrible.

You get what you pay for. After a few decent haircuts, I had an awful experience. Must have been a new employee because she was very inexperienced and gave me my worst haircut ever.
