I keep consistently getting perfect cuts at Great Clips West every time regardless which stylist. Been going for about a year, now. Great customer service, good product selection reasonably priced (mine always sells out fast,) and the stylist will listen to what you want.

My wife and I have easy hair cuts. The people here are always friendly and nice to chat with during the cut. The place seems well taken care of and the crew seems happy. This is about our 6th visit at this location.

I think I had someone in training. Went today to get my normal buzz cut, I got scratched up real good. The hair stylist used way too much pressure and was going way too fast. Jammed the point of the guard into my head a couple of times too. Left with bruises and scratches.

Craptastic, sloppy, sub-par cuts. If you're expecting anything more than midwest mediocre, please go somewhere else. If you do get your hair cut here, look at your stylist, and if they look like they haven't bathed in a few days, ask for someone else.

My haircut was close to what a requested, but not fully satisfied. I requested a 1 attachment on top and a 1/2 attachment on the sides and back. The person used a single attachment overall and appears to be a 1 all over.

Tried to explain what I wanted 3 times and the stylist still didn’t understand - two managers stood by with no intervention or help until I finally said forget it. Still got my son’s haircut and the fade line is horrible. Went to the great clips in Ellettsville and the stylist there knew what I wanted with very little explanation. Will never go back to this location.

I want to be clear. Zoe did a great job with my hair, she made me feel so comfortable and I love that she talked me through the process. She is the best!! I have went here in the past and not gotten such great service, but she was A M A Z I N G ✨‼️when I go back I will be asking for her. Getting a hair cut can be such a nerve racking thing, but when you get a good stylist it can really change that 🥰 thanks again Miss Zoe ‼️

A manager named Nikki was wildly inappropriate in how she handled what was obviously a minor and his mother this morning. Her emotional disregulation at being asked to fix an obvious issue with her work caused a complete change in the comfort of everyone in the space. I chose not to get the haircut I was waiting for as a result of her behavior. This being the standard set by management, I will not consider returning to this location.
