The Hilton Garden Inn Bloomington is a nice hotel offering a consistently good and standard Hilton experience. The hotel is in a great location, right near the downtown square, with convenient walkability to nearby restaurants, local shops, bars, and downtown businesses.
The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, setting the hotel apart. They ensure guests have a great stay, from check-in to check-out. The rooms are clean, well-appointed, and not worn out or outdated. They feature comfortable beds, room-darkening shades, and all required amenities. The on-site bar and grill provides good, fresh, and flavorful food with prompt and courteous service.
A parking garage is adjacent to the hotel, just a short walk across the courtyard. The hotel itself is in great condition, and convenient features like digital key are appreciated by guests.
I was impressed with how clean and nice smelling it was when I entered. Charming staff. Great experience.

checked in this afternoon in person. Shyanne greeted me and immediately thanked me for being a Hilton Honors member and welcomed me to the hotel. she engaged me in conversation and made the experience worthwhile. Give her a raise/promotion so she can continue to make an impact with guests at this hotel.

Super clean room, VERY quiet, comfortable furniture, not real impressed with my hassle at checkin, but the hotel itself was great 👍
