This Hot Topic is one of the best I've been to. The selection was amazing and while the stuff is expensive it is worth it. Persephone helped us out and oh my goodness they were absolutely amazing. So sweet and helped us with deals and just had a really good conversation with them.

One of my go-to places at the mall! A variety of options to buy
I wouldn't think someone being hired as an employee should have any reason to be passive aggressive to a customer, my friend, by assumption on the way he looks? Or trauma dumping on us to ease the silence from the awkward conversation.
Everyone has issues in this world to deal with, understandable. Simply, just don't take out your issues onto other people in a toxic way.
This is not a reflection on all employees, most of the staff here spark up the greatest conversations and are super sweet!
