This place locked me out of my account after someone SENT ME money and reported someone hacked their account 2 months later locked my account even though they sent Me money. Now I can't use zelle or anything I had been with iucu for 20yrs at this point then a rep said "well back in 2008 someone what you a bad check so since someone did that we are locking your account and locking your zelle." I highly recommend not using this place a bunch of thieves they gave me 3 days to get my money out or they would keep it all. Do not use them

I never understood why they posted an armed guard when iirc this branch has no safe deposit boxen. They had a secret shopper program where you'd be paid into savings or something - I found it interesting how they had to be mindful what the line item was since I always figured banking was like systems administration - you see some wacky stuff but you talk about the wackiness not the individual. Anyways they might have closed my account- I keep trying to make rational economic decisions but without steady monthly income I can't make the promises I used to.

Extremely dishonest bankers. I asked to close a money market account, but they did not. They simply drained it and left it open to accrue monthly fees (without my knowledge) that I specifically tried to avoid. Do not do business with these people.

A simple request to have a change in my bill that would be received a couple days earlier in adequate time to pay was rejected. This from a VP. IUCU is not cooperative in and this person was very rude.

I tried to deposit 2500.00 dollars today. They made up some new rule about the deposit slip and wouldn't allow me to make the deposit. Never thought I'd see a day when the bank doesn't take money.

I made a mistake on my withdraw amount, I wrote down the number in bills i wanted . How ever it was not the same in the bills, it was my fault because I told them how I wanted it in bills. When I got home I realized my mistake and called customer service and what happen and the branch: while I was on the phone with customer service the branch called and had caught my mistake. Thanks your tellers are so great to me, this is not the first time I have done this, but our great tellers always find my mistakes. Thank you

I am an Indiana University alumnus, yet I cannot be approved for a $2,500.00 **SECURED** credit card through the IU Credit Union? GTFOH. I have an American Express Card with a $10,000 limit, and two other credit cards with a $2,000 limit and a $2,750 limit. Totally disappointed in the IU Credit Union.
