I got acrylic nails done at their shop on Friday. The overall experience was alright however my nail artist took two hours to do my nails (which in itself is fine). My issue is that my nails are already chipping and lifting. On top of that they look like they’re super grown out cause the acrylic wasn’t applied close enough to my cuticles. I usually love my nails when I get them done here. I booked with Helen online specifically but someone else did my nails instead. Super disappointed as I spent $100 on these.

The thing that I like about Jenny's is the color selection.
Aside from that, I was charged $46 for a gel manicure when all I asked for was gel polish. Personally I didn't want to pay $16 for a little cuticle care & lotion. I should have spoken up so that's on me, but also if prices on the website aren't up to date they should say why they're charging more. & I don't really understand why you choose a specific staff member for an appointment on the website if they don't even pay attention to that. anyways $46 not including tip for a mid manicure is :(

Did not honor my appointment. The guy doing mine cut me several times because he wasn’t paying attention looking elsewhere, no cuticle clean up, poor shape, took 2 hours, really an overall bad experience. I really wanted to believe they would do me justice but I was wrong. I was charged entirely too much for nails I had to go home and fix myself. Do better.

Best nail salon in Bloomington. Went during my lunch break and got the deluxe pedicure 31 weeks pregnant. The man who did the pedicure took his time and did a great job. Lasted around an hour. It was clean, they had soft acoustic music playing that was really relaxing. Not busy in the summer so not overly stimulating. Definitely going back!

I had a wonderful experience there. While I did not like that one person had his phone in full volume while I was in the massage chair, my nails were fine perfectly!! The woman who did it was careful and did a wonderful job. Totally recommend!

Every single time I have come to Jenny’s I have waited over an hour after my appointment time to get any service. Why are you over booking people if you know you are understaffed and/or all of your staff is busy?? Not only that, but almost every time I come there is nobody at the front desk so I just have to sit and wait for someone to come up to me. Overall the service is AWFUL and they do not do good enough nails to get away with it.

Every time I have an appointment I have to wait 30-40 minutes still. They do not honor appointments.

Walked in at the beginning of the day and they were busy so we asked if we could make an appointment for later in the day and they told us that they would be less busy. We come back at our appointment time and it takes us an hour of waiting to start getting our pedicures. Waste of time.

Service is excellent, clean and friendly with a peaceful atmosphere and great art work. . Always a joy to visit Jenny’s Nails. If you are having a hard day nothing like a visit to Jenny’s.

I had two nails come off within 7 days and others started coming off
They fixed all of them for free. Very polite nails look gorgeous.

I love Jenny’s and have been going here for probably 3 years, if not longer. Everyone does a great job & makes you feel welcome. If you want designs, this is the place for you. They also recently updated the salon & it’s beautiful (not that it wasn’t before)

Don’t waste your time because that is what you will do if you go here. I went for the first time three weeks ago with an appointment and it took over 3 hours for a full set and a basic pedicure because each employee was working on 3-4 other peoples nails at the same time. The nails were good, although there was no cleaning up my cuticles, but while I was there another client expressed immense frustration with the wait and Jenny did not even acknowledge this woman crying in her salon.
Despite this, I returned hoping this was just an off night. I had an appointment with Jenny again today that was confirmed through their Vagaro app multiple times and I arrived 5 minutes early. 40 minutes later I left after watching her begin another woman’s nails with absolutely no acknowledgement from staff. Don’t waste your money and make an appointment somewhere else that actually respects your time.

I want to say first that I loved the way my nails turned out. They came out exactly how I imagined. I'm leaving a 2 star because of how long I had to wait. I had a SCHEDULED appointment at 2pm with Jenny. I arrived 15 minutes early to be sure to have plenty of time to pick out a color. I didn't get seated in a chair until 2:45. Then I sat in the chair for over 15 minutes. I was expecting to have my nails serviced by the person I requested and I did not. It was frustrating seeing people who were coming in for walkins getting completed before me. I would say to bypass scheduling an appointment because it's probably not worth it.

I got a gel manicure and loved it!! She cleaned up my cuticles after too w the drill bit so it blends in very seamlessly! My nails feel strong and healthy too!!
