“I am overly estatic about Claire's in the College Mall. I am disabled and use a rollator walker. I have been in previous years met at the door to Claire's and told I wouldn't fit in the store. I haven't tried to even attempt it lately but a friend wanted to stop in. I had my rollator and my friend had a power chair. We were able to navigate the entire store without any issues. The employee, I believe manager, there was fantastic and extremely helpful. I would definitely rate more than 5 stars if possible. I finally felt like I was welcome and wanted in a store. Overall a fantastic experience and I look forward to going back.”

“I have bought several pieces from Goldcaster’s over the years, engagement rings, earrings, necklaces. However, I also bought a Tag Heuer watch from another company which brought me in today as the battery needed replaced. I was greeted immediately, the watch taken and battery immediately switched out in less than ten minutes, and at very reasonable expense. I didn’t know what to expect going in on a Saturday (repair shop closed, extended wait, leave and return). I’ve never entered that business and not felt like the most important person in the room, whether spending less than $100 or more than $3000. Thank you for helping and being who you are as a business!”
