I wanted to post this review before the store closes permanently due to the company closing for good. I write this review with tears in my eyes. I didn't come to this store originally. I always went to the one in Greenwood since I grew up there. I started coming to this store 6 years ago when I met my husband for the first time. Everytime I come here, I always have great service and find everything I need. I wish you guys were not closing, but all good things must come to an end I guess. You will be missed. Good luck to all the employees once this chapter comes to an end.

With the going out of business "sale", prices are going up. They have pulled back the regular good sales and replaced them with 10 or 20% off. I was looking at a pair of fabric scissors, there was a sign that said 40% off, while I was looking at them, a worker came and said they are no longer 40% off pulled down the sign and put up 20% off. Seems odd to raise prices during a going out of business sale.

Store had a large selection of crafting wares, and very nice employees who helped us out (shout-out to Serenity at the front desk, she's a gem!). Normally I'm not a big fan of Joann's in general, but this store is so nice I will be returning!

I love the store and would absolutely love to work there but it seems they wasted my time and money. I went in for an interview and was told to wait until Friday to hear back BUT they sent me an email saying that they were no longer interested. I'm not interested in a place that has no problem wasting time of customers and employees because of their location. It very obvious they don't actually NEED the employees or they are too lazy to train their new employees. Wasted my time and my very limited resources.

While there is a lot to choose from the company is becoming more and more greedy. Less coupons and deals which takes away from the ability for everyone to enjoy art. There are some employees and especially managers that are rude in general. I bought paint that was supposed to be on sale. I looked at the receipt and saw they didn't apply the coupon. I went back to get it changed and the manager I dealt with was condescending. It's not worth it to be rushed and not listened to. Especially considering how expensive things are. I much prefer Griffy's or just shopping online.

Staff is very helpful as always and they always try to get the customer the best deal using their coupons. Joanns is my go to store for crafts.
