This is a great store, the people that work here are nice. There wasn’t a lot of Adidas leggings, when I was there. Found a Nike sweatshirt but wasn’t in my size, came back after a week, and after two weeks, both times they didn’t have it. That kinda sucked, ended up finding it at a different Kohls (close to Indianapolis). Did find a cute pair of shoes

If I could give them less than a 1-star rating, I would. The customer service my husband and I experienced was atrocious. Due to a glitch in their system, we did not receive our receipt or our Kohl's cash via email like we requested. We went back to the store when we realize this and showed them the charge that we paid for with our credit card, and both women working said there was nothing they could do without an actual receipt (the point was, we never received the receipt via email like we requested). We were not asking them to take our word that we spent over $200 in the store. Our charge on our card proved it. They were rude and made zero effort to try and make things right with us. We will not be returning to this Kohl's store. Judging from the comments, we are not the only customers who were treated rudely. This isn't about the customer is always right. This is about, find a solution to a problem that is based on fairness.
