I have been using them recently as my mother prefers this location, she is older and needs help with prescriptions. All of the employees I have dealt with have been incredibly helpful, I don't know all of their names, but Brandon has been especially good. It seems like they care about their customers and aim to be efficient. I may very well switch some of our other prescriptions over to them. A+++

This is the best pharmacy in town. I’ve lived here over 30 plus years and used multiple pharmacies. Prescriptions are done in under 20 minutes if waiting or an hour if you call ahead. (That’s so reasonable) they use discounts if you need them and order stuff next day if in stock. Brandon the technician is the best technician I’ve ever had the pleasure to do business with. The whole staff is also top notch. 100% recommend!

Compared to college mall Kroger, this one is small. But those who are staying near campus walk Appartments, this one is a good deal. Only 10- 15 minutes walk will be there.

Today, 8/21/2024 at 12:20 pm I picked up a prescription and was waited on by a young man whose name I wish I would have got to add to this review because he was so helpful, courteous, patient, and informative. His customer service skill was the finest I have ever experienced! This young man needs a raise and Kroger should be thankful for an employee like him!

The staff and pharmacists at the Seminary Square Kroger are very friendly and professional. I keep coming back not only because it is convenient, but because the service is top notch.

Overall it's a good pharmacy, but the pharmacist Jeff is definitely rude. I like to go when I Kno he isn't working. He likes to judge and profile people. But other than that it's the same pharmacy I've used for many years

It is beyond my comprehension that a pharmacy would perpetually disregard filling a doctor's prescription as directed by the doctor. Furthermore I have been flat out lied to regarding the availability of medications and why the prescriptions were not filled. Completely unacceptable and my physician believes so as well. I never get my orders as directed and it has become extremely inconvenient. I'm going to give Amazon a try. Sorry, Kroger Pharmacy, I tried but you aren't worth waiting in line for.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for years now. They are friendly, helpful, and know me by name. They help you find discount cards if you can’t afford your prescription and always make sure you get your medicine. These people work hard and probably have to deal with a lot of difficult people. Highly recommend!

Their supply chains are broken, their prices raised randomly. Their digital deals tracks all users. They run out of common stuff. Their cashiers can barely keep up because there's not enough of them. This used to be sort of a flagship store, but their competition, Fresh Tyme Market and Aldi are starting to hurt them. Their outages are weird. This is all happening during a store remodel as well. It's highly chaotic. There are some items that beat anyone in price, but now availability is iffy. Worse, their huge marketing efforts look frail. Kroger tried to stomp out the competition in Bloomington through carefully thought through maneuvers and they still dominate Bloomington. Now their edges are starting to crumble, IMHO. There are eight other grocers nearby. Try one.

I've been using Kroger on College Mall Road pharmacy for over a decade. The staff is always friendly and I have never had any trouble with med mistakes. I have never considered switching to any other pharmacy in all that time. During COVID the lines have been long. People are tired and sometimes irritable and the pharmacists and techs have been patient and made sure that my needs are met without showing the stress of what they must be experiencing. I feel very confident that I am being well taken care of.

Rude unprofessional staff the two guys that work mid shift are very rude so they had my prescription last week know they are telling me I made a mistake and maybe I'm not sure what I heard there words not mine I have see them not fill a prescription just because they guy was homeless he eve had insurance but they would not help him I will be going some where else in the future
