I had a Clicklist pick-up order recently. I turned my vehicle off when I parked. A Kroger Clicklist employee loaded me up quickly. My car would not restart. Within a few minutes one of the Kroger employees came over to me and offered to help me jump my vehicle. Within a few minutes, another employee came over with their vehicle and got me back running. The two or three Kroger employees I interacted with were all very nice and helpful.

Placed an order early this morning for pickup from 6-7pm… hours later sorry your order won’t be ready till 8-9pm.. 8pm comes around we get a call from an employee saying our order won’t be ready till tomorrow? Really and you couldn’t have told us this earlier and then you offer a measly $10 off the order. Bad on your part Kroger. Our order should have been ready if your employees would have actually done it. Now we are out money and food.

I would definitely give 0 star if I could.
Kroger cashier made a mistake for the amount of Amazon gift cards I bought. I said 30 dollars, and she mistook for 150. I go to the customer desk, Jeff told me there is nothing they can do with a very negative attitude, which means I have to pay for the mistake they make. 1 month later, I found the 150 gift card I paid for was actually only 30 dollars. I went to the customer service again, the lady Melissa told me there is nothing they can do as I have no recipe with the same negative attitude . I insisted to have them pull out my receipt. Later on, Melissa said they can pull out my receipt, what a shame! Melissa told me they can’t do anything previously. Another mistake they made found out: the cashier put the wrong amount on the gift card! Melissa told me she doesn’t who put on that amount, obviously the customer has to pay for that mistake again!!
This Kroger has no customer service, Jeff and Melissa were very rude and not helpful. They all tried to blame the customer for the mistake that Kroger made, never take their own responsibility!
Please stay away from them.

I'd like to give it 4 stars or more but, I just can't. One of the major things that holds it back is that they aren't open 24hrs. Frankly, that's inexcusable to be honest. It's just a mixture of corporate being cheap and lazy. But, shortly after covid got started, they started closing at 11 pm and have kept this way now for 4 years! The covid hysteria is long gone and so are the excuses. If CVS can be 24hrs, so can kroger once again. All they had in late night was a skeleton crew and so it didn't cost them anything although, I'm sure CVS appreciates their laziness.

Kroger is pathetic. Lacks any sort of resemblance to good customer service. Shelves are constantly picked over and not restocked in timely fashion. Good savings do NOT make up for pathetic customer service. What sort of store manager would relocate the only cashier for the food court. Duh

It's a kroger and you sure can buy things there but being in the building just kinda makes me automatically unhappy. You can't avoid going there if you live in town but you can learn to minimize the amount of time spent inside. This is the largest Kroger in town, which means it takes the most walking to get the bare essentials. More walking = more time inside Kroger = most unhappiness per Kroger visit. If the technology from Ant-Man is ever invented i would petition for its use on this store, to make it smaller.

Definitely best grocery store to shop at in Bloomington. Has a huge selection, and the employees are super awesome and nice. They were, however, randomly out of fresh jalapeños one time and I had to go to another Kroger to get them, so not quite perfect, but still good.

Anna at the cx rep yesterday evening was nothing short of amazing she was so kind and accommodating to all my questions best experience I have ever had at kroger, way better then past experience with this particular store that is for sure.

Larger Kroger's than usual, love the greater variety! Jeff in the wine section, is the best & always so helpful and with wine selections, he's amazing!! Ask for him if you need any help ?
