“I wanted to write to share what an amazing talent Sunny( owner) is at alterations at Crosstown Cleaners .My son recently was married .I had my dress but needed to have some detailed alterations done .She not only gave me her advice and suggestions on how she would proceed with it ,she did an impeccable job implementing them .The dress was very special to me and there was no back up if something did not turn out .I am so appreciative of her hard work and felt she needed to be recognized for her talents. “Everything is clean and working well. We came for the first time to wash comforters and needed help. Karla the attendant was wonderful. She was very friendly and helpful. While waiting for the laundry there we saw her cleaning machines, watching all of the working ones, greeting and helping customers. It looks like she enjoys it! Very good experience. We will be back.”

“I had my doubts about this place looking at the reviews, but other than the longer wait time I don't have much to complain about. When calling over the phone, the shirt price was accurate but the two-piece suit price was not. However, since the total was pretty cheat, I didn't mind too much at all.”

“Decently clean, keeps consistent hours. Some of the machines break occasionally but they are clearly marked and repaired in a timely manner. You can pay by cash (in exchange for quarters) or you can pay by debit / credit card, or they have a prepaid card option as well.”

“Nice and clean. Quiet atmosphere. Large washers can be operated with a debit card. Only issue are the employees that smoke outside. When I'm sitting in my car, waiting on laundry, I really don't want to smell the cigarette smoke.”

“Great cleaners. I dont have a cleaners close to me anymore, so I have to make the trip to Bloomington, which is about a 45 minute drive. It's worth the trip. They do a really great job and their prices are very reasonable.Services: Special care fabric cleaning”
