The place need to give their people a customer service orientation. The one time we had to resort to picking up my husband's oxygen because they missed to deliver, that's even calling them to verify the delivery, they weren't nice at all. They made us wait in the cold, as it was winter season that time. Each time we need a refill, we have to waste an entire day if not two because, just because they failed to deliver. I even called to ask if at least they would notify us an ETA or if they aren't able to deliver, the person who answered the call just said they can't do that, no "sorry for the missed delivery". The worse part was, we wanted to change provider, but apparently they got us locked in with the insurance.

I visited my son this past weekend at IU. Upon arrival in Indianapolis airport on Friday, I realized I had left a few parts for my CPAP system at home in VA. I called the Lincare site in Bloomington. Stacey, Michelle and George helped me by providing the necessary parts, enabling uninterrupted use of the device over the weekend.
I was impressed by the team and the willingness to help (and help well!) on a late Friday afternoon.

I receive quick response when i have equipment issues. I am surprised there is not a routine maintenance schedule for filters. But if i call someone comes out quickly, next business day to handle problem. The last gentleman here was very pleasant and took care of issues rapidly.

I had a great experience with the Lincare Office in Bloomington, Indiana. I was traveling and needed equipment and they were able to help me get it quickly. I highly recommend them.

I’m a COPD patient that requires 24 hr oxygen. My concentrator quit working. I called them at 3pm and by 5:30pm I had a new unit dropped off at my house. Michelle in the Bloomington Indiana office went above and beyond to make sure I had a replacement unit delivered. Thank you so much.

I've had Lincare for many many years,they are very fast at getting my supplies to me.. If I have a problem with my oxygen concentrator like two weeks ago the delivery man was here in no time at all!! My deliver man is a veteran he's wonderful and very caring ,he always goes out of his way to get the job done. I live in Mitchell Indiana and I can't remember the delivery guy name but he's a keeper❤️??

It has been 3 weeks since my husband was released from the hospital on 24/7 oxygen. It has been HORRIBLE. The day of his release I called at 8 am to make sure he had oxygen when he got home. I was told it would be here in 2 hours. Great. He was released at 10am, the hospital loaned us a partial tank to get him home with. We live 5 minutes from the hospital. By 11:30 am still no oxygen so I called to inquire. I was told then another hour. At 3 pm, his partial tank from the hospital ran out! And still no Lincare. I called back a 3rd time and the woman on the phone that time was very rude and said she didn't know what to tell me. I had to run him back to the emergency room as his oxygen levels started dropping quickly. The driver showed up while we were at the hospital, dropped the concentrator and a few tanks off. No regulator for the tanks, no stand, and I had no idea how to use any of it. I borrowed a regulator that wouldn't even read tank level so no idea if it was actually working right. The second week I put in our order and asked for a regulator and stand. The delivery driver got here, only had half the tanks we asked for, had a regulator but no stand. So I called in this week to place our order. We ran out of the tanks on Tuesday. Thursday is our regular delivery day. I placed the order, made sure it was confirmed for Thursday. It's Thursday at 8:28 pm. No delivery at all, my husband is completely out of tanks, and he has a Dr appointment tomorrow morning at 9:30 am. I called Lincare an hour ago and was told yes, the order is showing up in the system for today delivery, but she couldn't tell me if it was still coming tonight or what had happened. We have been here all day. I don't know what to do now. Lincare you are literally playing with people's lives! Have you ever had to fight or beg for a breathe of air for even one second??? This is unacceptable!

My Physician ordered a product a month ago, which I need very much to use the toilet. I was called from Lincare and told it may not be covered through insurance. I advised the representative I would pay for the item and delivery in costs.. It has been three weeks, but haven't received it. I've called numerous times, but can't wait on hold over ten minutes.

I needed oxygen from Lincare and I was just checking out of a Nursing Home recently. They delivered on that same day, and even came in to explain how to set up the Compressor, as well as the portable canister, they are very knowledgeable as well as full of coloring

Rick at Lincare did an amazing job setting up my husbands concentrator and showing him how to use it. He was personable and patient as my hubby is 86 years old. They were prompt after the order was placed and we we were very satisfied with their service.
