Jackie was a great help with my special order, and she has great customer service. Easy to get along with. I fell in love with a couch I saw online via a different store. She was able to quote me a better price. The couch did arrive later than expected due to parts being placed on backorder, but it came in with no damages. The crew dropping it off were in and out within 10 minutes.

We bought a sectional and are very happy with it. we looked at the same sectional, same brand at Big Lots and it was $1700, we got the same couch for $960 at The Living Room Center in Bloomington IN. The staff was friendly and helpful and they delivered. 5 stars.

just bought a couch and kitchen table, we had the table delivered but left with the couch (needed it that day) The staff were so respectful and so helpful. Delivery guys were in and out, super friendly. Even called to let me know when they were on the way!Will always have my business!???
