Mark G. This is the worst company ever. Baught a washer and dryer nov. 29th. Delivery was set up for Dec, 2 between 10:30am and 2:30pm lowes truck showed on the 2nd about 11am and opened the back door to unload. The dryer had a giant dent in it so I refussed to take it, They moved the washer to my basement and said someone would contact me about the dryer. while waiting for a call I tried out the washer, it shook so bad on rinse cycle I was afraid to stand beside it. To make a long nightmare shorter its now dec.7th and after 20 or more phone call and many trips back to the store I still dont have any dryer or whasher.

For a long time, Lowes was a hassle. Over the past year or so, they've changed remarkably. More staff, better inventory, more selection of things that I need as a homeowner and gardener. Where it was gruesome, people are helpful, there's enough staff, their prices are average to insane-- which is normal these days. I don't mind going there. Kliendorfer's is still the best for hardware-- unbeatable. But for a lot of items in the home improvement and gardening areas, Lowes has become useful. I do not go to Menards. No way. Too much shoddy products in the lumber yard.

Out-of-state mom here. Went to Lowe's no less than 10 times in the past three days. Have no idea where anything is walked up to the first associate I saw and they were able to answer all my needs, walked up and down each item until I was able to get all the items on my list. On the very last day, it turned out we needed to get a washer installed and old unit taken away -- Add 30 minutes to walk in make a purchase and get out and in order to catch my flight staff was amazing to deal with and have nothing but great things to say about each person I made contract with on my 10 visits. Thank you Lowe's.

Placed an order (April 2022) for replacement windows. Lowes sent Jason Osborne to measure. 6 months later the Pella windows came in. All 4 windows were measured wrong. 3 of 4 windows could not be installed. The 4th was forced in, but the installer did not put the exterior back on the house. We have requested they put the exterior of the house back together. Now, the reorder for replacements (for the inappropriately measured windows) is delayed another 3 (projected February 2023) months. That, of course, is if they are really ordered and actually come in. They did not remeasure before reordering. The excuse from the store is the person who measured is no longer an employee and they have a file of mistakes they are working through......... and we are just in line with their other mistakes. Calls are not returned. We have to go to the store to communicate and get updates.

A simple order for an IU department turned into a complicated headache. Poor communication necessitated calls for clarification, but that entailed long wait times and getting transferred around, then repeatedly being asked for the same information. Was not notified that an Item that was in stock when the order went through was actually out of stock and would be delayed (found out by chance when dealing with another issue). A few people I spoke with seemed genuinely interested in helping (the others were either too busy or clearly didn't care). Staff are laboring under a poorly-designed record-keeping system. Was told the 3rd party delivery they now use means any delivery questions or concerns are out of their hands.

I had a great experience at this Lowe's location! I had come in for boxes, but entered through the garden. To no surprise, I ended up taking a new plant home because they had such a great selection of indoor plants! In addition, all of their plants in the garden sections looked like they were really well taken care of which is great to see. As I was getting my boxes, one of the employees, Jim, saw that I was having trouble carrying them with my plant. He generously offered to walk and grab me a cart, which was extremely helpful! I definitely will be coming back to this Lowe's for all of my gardening things and anything else I might need!

Absolute, unequivocal incompetence and laziness. The woman at the cash register didn't even know what a 2x4 is. She didn't know what ANYTHING is. She quoted wrong prices, claimed that boards that were not even ten feet away from her, didn't exist. We were told that everyone had gone on break but one person, and instead of helping us, he walked away to chat with someone else, he wouldn't help at all. In one trip, there were at least thirty good reasons that we will always visit Menards from now on.

Came here to exchange an item that I got the wrong size in and was amazed at how easily my transactions occurred. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes! My return was so easy and went very smooth. I appreciate how clearly marked the aisles are so it was very easy to go and find the product I was searching for. I did self checkout after I located what I needed so that was fast and easy as well.

The lady helping with cabinets.... Don't even waste her time or yours. That's how she'll make you feel. The TWO times (different years) we would wait and wait for her to look up (even though she had to sense we were standing by her desk) and mind you both times ZERO customers were there but us, and when she finally waits on us, her answers were short and blunt like she was being annoyed. OR, what you asked seemed idiotic to her. I've never seen my patient, quiet husband so mad or unnerved by an employee; that's why I'm writing this. I've worked in restaurants, as a secretary, and then a teacher and she's just a poor representative for a business; especially, in a position to work so closely with people. Warning: Go to another business to design your kitchen!

I have to come here because this store stocks trash compactor bags and the Mooresville Lowe's store does not. But it is only a 15 minute drive from south Martinsville using the new I-69. Their stores have been rearranged lately but I am learning the layout and the staff has been helpful asking me if I need help finding something before I have to ask on multiple visits. I have always liked that about Lowe's. Lowe's does a good job keeping their stores clean and items out of the aisles so you can navigate with the large carts. I also love the Minute Key Kiosks! They are automated key copying machines and I have never had one fail on me so far after having a lot of keys copied.

I will never use Lowes again they did not measure correctly for a simple carpet install, sold me padding I did not need and now have to return never never again !!!!!

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT EVER BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM LOWES. They do not honor it. You spend hours on the phone and running back and forth to the store only to be out your money. They have an arbitration clause in the agreement. So you have to hire a lawyer and take them to court to get your money back. How many people read the whole thing in the store, I'm pretty sure even the employees haven't. So after several hours out merchandise and the extended warranty that was paid for. It used to be a great store.

Half the customers in the store do not wear masks (June 2020), and I worry about exposure on busy days. Some staff wear their mask below their nose. Menard's, on the other hand, requires all customers to wear masks. Lowe's is often out of stock on items I want--Menard's and Kleindorfer's do better.

I've been jerked around,lied to, and left waiting for 3 weeks on delivery of goods for a deck project. They've changed my delivery date 5 times, never once calling to notify me of any delays. They have, however, charged and returned my purchase amount so many times that my debit card has now blocked them as fraudulent attempts. What a terrible, terrible establishment. I'm esacalating my complaint up their corporate ladder. At the minimum, the store manager needs fired. How this place stays in business is beyond me. The total lack of communications, not only to their customers, but within their store hierarchy, is outrageous. Never, ever again will I spend a dollar in these doors. I'll go without first...that's how I am anyway with their service.
