Spent 2 hours shopping for remodeling project got to the front to pay and my lowes card credit limit was LOWERED without telling me . Huge waste of time. And now I can't complete the project I started till I pay off some of my card, glad I'm not a contractor in the middle if a job, use with caution. Just messed up my plans.

I picked up my purchase through the mobile app. Super easy. They had my order ready incredibly fast! I parked and let them know I was here, and they brought out the items. Excellent customer service, kind and helpful staff. Bloomington Lowe's employees did a wonderful job. Start to finish!

I've been there several times needing assistance at the customer service counter and was annoyed that the employees were more interested in texting their friends or visiting with friends than providing service for the customers. We recently went shopping for a door. The salesman in that area.. an older man was horribly rude and arrogant. He made us feel that we didn't know what we needed and he was obviously bothered that we asked for his assistance. On another visit we met a different salesman who was very helpful and courteous. He found us a door in Greenwood, a 45 minute drive. I called and they confirmed they had one. When I arrived, they couldn't find it. They located 3 doors at a store in Indy. Another 25 minute drive. They had only one door which I purchased. The salesman there was very helpful and even helped me load the door. All in all. Over 2 1/2 hours on the road because of inaccurate inventories. I ordered a threshold sill plate on line that was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago.. still haven't seen it. Unfortunately, this is the experience that I typically have when shopping Lowes in Bloomington Indiana. On top of all of this, they never have more than 1 checkout lane open. 15 minutes of shopping followed by 30 minutes standing in line at the checkout. The restrooms are the always the nastiest in Bloomington. All of this points to management issues. I no longer shop at Lowes unless it is absolutely necessary. It's unfortunate that you have to give them a 1 star rating in order to leave a review because they really don't deserve that.

I come here, a lot. I am a business owner in Bloomington. Until yesterday (I’m assuming because I usually don’t interact with associates) everything was fine and dandy.Yesterday I went in for some furniture hardware and a hammer. The entire time I was trying to choose my products, I was quite obviously being followed.I have an alternative anpperance (heavily tattooed and colored hair, ✨tattoo artist✨)UNFORTUNATELY I am mostly used to this, HOWEVER: this associate only got within 3-4 ft of me one time but I could smell them the entire time. The smell of body oder was aggressive and rude. More so then the creepy tailing.I was back today for a mobile pickup and one of my items (a wall board) was too large to fit in my car. Mind you I have a roof rack and I am accustomed to putting items on my roof, fairly regularly. I have an industrial roof rack on my Subaru for this purpose. The associate that brought my items out practically yelled at me that my item would not fit and made no effort whatsoever to help solve the issue. When I asked if they could cut the board they said that wasn’t possible. That’s fine. So I asked what I could do and they said “find a truck”.SIR if that were an option, do you think I would be trying to shove the dang thing into my hatchback? NO.Had he tried to solve the issue by recommending something to tie the item down or even where I could find I truck, OR maybe just not spoken to me like I was an idiot, I wouldn’t feel so offended.I ended up leaving the item so I can return home to get straps. Both of these associates were male presenting people with obviously no knowledge of trauma or compassion.I HIGHLY recommend not going here alone to anyone with trauma as my PTSD has been inflamed by these incidents.

Of course it is a big box store. That being said the staff is really quite excellent, it is always clean and well stocked. What you want in a box box store.

Mark G. This is the worst company ever. Baught a washer and dryer nov. 29th. Delivery was set up for Dec, 2 between 10:30am and 2:30pm lowes truck showed on the 2nd about 11am and opened the back door to unload. The dryer had a giant dent in it so I refussed to take it, They moved the washer to my basement and said someone would contact me about the dryer. while waiting for a call I tried out the washer, it shook so bad on rinse cycle I was afraid to stand beside it. To make a long nightmare shorter its now dec.7th and after 20 or more phone call and many trips back to the store I still dont have any dryer or whasher.

Bought carpet here. Price went up over $1 a yard between initial order and actually being charged. Then they installed the wrong carpet. Manager or any type of help was ALWAYS unavailable. Ok for small things but don't trust them on big things. Took MONTHS to get it straightened out!

There was a sign saying "hot chocolate in garden area" so we went to get some, it was empty. Maybe take the sign down!
