Our female German Shepherd mix Binne is a year old. She is sweet, smart, loves people too much and is *very* energetic. After a month at Mannered Mutts she is still sweet, smart, loving and energetic but now she listens. We still need to work with her but now we know how. We loved our experience with the team at Mannered Mutts, are extremely happy with the progress Binne has made and plan to send her for future refreshers. Highly recommended!

Working with Jillian and her team has been truly life-changing for me and my dog. We have participated in a 4-week board and train, private lessons, and the monthly group lessons —and Jillian has been so engaged with him and what he needs every step of the way. I have learned as much as he has from Jillian and the team and, as a result, I feel confident in my ability to continue his training. He has made huge improvements in the behavioral issues that brought us to Mannered Mutts. I also love knowing that he can board with professionals who know him and love him whenever I am out of town. I cannot recommend Mannered Mutts highly enough!

Our Great Dane LOVES the staff and her visits. She LOVES her one-on-one training time and being the center of attention. We did four weeks day training. However, this past visit was her first time ever being away from home overnight. We did board and train “off leash” while we were on vacation. Our girl enjoyed herself so much. The staff sent us pictures and report cards throughout the week. Made us feel even more comfortable seeing how much fun she was having. I cant say “thank you” enough to the team!! You’re the best and our big girl loves you all! This Great Dane can’t wait to see you all again in October!!

In just the initial consultation with Jillian Rich, we learned so much helpful information (and I've read 3 books on dog training and have a dog training app). The facility is very nice. And, their training methods are so positive and put your pup in different scenarios and locations, inside and out.

Bear has been going to “school” for three weeks. She gets so excited. Her training has been superb! Parents have weekly training which is so helpful. All of our trainers are very kind and compassionate. Our weekly report cards are appreciated. I can’t recommend them enough!

Excellent team of trainers who will work with any dog to help them become their best selves. We put our blue heeler mix puppy in their care for 5 weeks of day training, and she has learned so much! She's gone from being a bitey little nightmare to knowing how to sit until she's released, walk on a leash (including heel), wait to eat her dinner right in front of her til she's released, get her nails trimmed, and more. You have to be willing to put in the work yourself and continue using all the techniques once training is done. But if you've got the money, it's highly worth it. I'm glad we went with day training rather than individual lessons, where we would have had to do most of the work ourselves and definitely wouldn't have helped June progress as much.
