Best nail salon around. Tim & Ivy are very accommodating and truly care about their customers. They hire good talent. Ask for Hugo if you want the best pedicure of your life. Hou is also pretty amazing… really, they all are. I have been a customer of Tim & Ivy’s for well over 10yrs and I can say I have never had a bad experience.

I was looking for a local salon that provides builder’s gel manicures— after many years of acrylics, i was ready for change and my (wonderful) usual salon does not provide this service. So i googled and found out that this very conveniently located salon inside the mall provides builder’s gel (a sister location is cashed Jenny’s Nails) So i popped in to be sure before making an appt.
I was greeted so nicely & courteously by Ivy (one of the owners), although the salon was very busy. I made my appt — and showed up next day. I was greeted again very courteously by Tim (the other owner) who recognized me from the day before. He proceeded promptly with my builder gel process— before the hour was up, my nails looked gorgeous— perfect, with not a single brush stroke out of place. 😊 I was thrilled with the service and will definitely return to this family-run business that obviously cares about its customers.
I decided to indulge and also got the luxury spa pedicure to revive my tired feet after a lot of holiday walking… a lovely job by friendly My who worked long and patiently with providing me a relaxing, luxurious pedicure (with my matching polish). Much appreciated!
Thank you everyone for excellent service! I shall return— and highly recommend this salon for its cleanliness, professionalism, convenient location, and courteous service

I’m bummed. My first time there my pedicure was great(smaller, more feminine, male tech). Second time was not great (heavy set male tech). Paid for the callous remover, he over buffed the middle of my foot leading to pain and sensitivity and didn’t buff the outer edges enough so I still have a lot of callous. He just used his fingernail to wipe away overflooding on my cuticles and skin multiple times. He didn’t use the smallest brush on my pinky toe, just kind of shoved the normal applicator on and smeared it a little, by the next day the pinky toe polish was gone. I’d maybe consider going back if I only knew the first nail techs name.

Definitely recommend 10/10. First time going there as I'm from 2 hours away and they did an amazing job. Better than MOST places I've ever been. I will return when I'm in Bloomington again.

Friendly, courteous service. I had dip manicure and my husband had pedicure and manicure. Ivy did my nails and as always they are perfect! I always get compliments on my nails!
