I’ve always had a great experience here with Kevin and Natalie. They are social, professional, and do a great job that lasts! Their stations and tools are clean and they take sanitizing seriously with individually packaged tools so you know they are clean, liners in their foot baths, and tidy stations!

Kevin and Natalie are amazing! The experience at the salon is 5 star, the environment is clean and comfortable, I always love my nails, and my husband, Perry, gets the Paraffin wax treatment of his feet, this allows him to keep walking! Thank you so much for your wonderful services over the years! Very professional!

I hesitated to leave this review but think it's worth sharing.
The good: it was easy to schedule, organized, and I received both text and email reminders of my appointment. The place appears very tidy and the staff was friendly. I also appreciated that, since they are appointment only, the place did not get crowded.. Kevin did a nice job on my nails (dip) and when other customers came in, they were clearly fond and friendly. That's all great!
The not so great: getting my nails done is a huge treat (and was the first time I'd splurged in this way in over 20 years). I did not enjoy being on the receiving end of a near-constant stream of conversation, nearly all of which was political. I did my best to minimize the conversation, but he was pretty insistent on it and kept asking me questions. Turns out his political alignment is just about the opposite of mine, and rather bigoted/controversial. It was extremely uncomfortable and I got out of there as fast as I could. I don't think I will be coming back.

Great service, clean salon, and Kevin is so friendly. I will be back! I got a pedicure so I cannot comment on their fingernail work, but I was very satisfied with my pedi. I highly recommend booking online so you don't have to worry about wait times.

A friend and I went here today to get a full set. We liked that they don’t take walk ins so we have time to go during lunch. I hate to write a review because these people were soooo soo nice and the place was very clean but.. this is the WORST full set I’ve ever got. I get my nails done very frequently and this is by far the worst. I honestly don’t know how this place is in business or how they felt comfortable sending us on our way like this. Asked for ‘coffin’ shape.. I got Idkk a blob?? The nails are very lumpy as well. I’m sure if your didn’t get acrylic this place could do a wonderful job but acrylics is not a strength of theirs.

I have been going to Nikki Nails for almost 20 years. My whole family gets their nails done here. They are by appointment only but if you call day of, they have been able to get me in. I get tips with gel and spa pedicures. I have never felt rushed and always leave feeling happy with my nails. I would definitely recommend.

I booked on line and requested Natalie. The booking confirmation confirmed that my appointment was supposed to be with her. Kevin’s was rough and seemed rushed. He clipped the gel off of my nails with a cuticle clipper , that I had on previously. The finished job is lumpy and bubbly.
