PC MAX provides excellent and reliable service with knowledgeable and friendly staff. They offer great service at very reasonable prices with no hidden costs. They build custom computers and fix problems quickly, often within a few days. They take time to understand issues, offer different solutions, and execute perfectly. The staff is always very helpful and willing to answer questions. Many customers have used their services for years and highly recommend them, never going anywhere else.
If the folks at PC Max encounter a problem, they fix it. If they don’t, they educate me on how to avoid future situations. Been with them 20 years with several electronics, and they’ve always delivered a fine experience.
