“Great, but don't go fill up on friday night unless you have to, very busy. Also hate the people who don't follow directional arrows and think they are better than the rest of us waiting patiently to fill up. They drive up to the pump for the vehicles that have tank on the right side of their cars, and their tank is on the left. Therefore, they are going the wrong way and causing problems because they are so much better than the rest of us.”

“Kroger has everything you would expect in a grocery store plus grill stuff, some cosmetics, a good size drug/medical isle, pharmacy, medium size flower selection, huge cheese layout, sushi, and cleaning supplies. There can be some sketchy individuals around the building if you go shopping late at night.”

“We switched pharmacies to this one inside Target two years ago because we heard they were really focused on their customers. We haven't been disappointed.Everyone we've interacted with has been very helpful and gone out of their way to ensure our needs were met. Many of the staff know me by name (who does that these days?) and go out of their way to get us what we need. I'm not a fan of the CVS web site and my experiences at other CVS pharmacies has been average, but this pharmacy is different.I was prompted to review them this week after Holly went out of her way to help me with a rare drug that wasn't covered by my insurance and wasn't in stock. She found another CVS pharmacy that DID have the drug and transferred it there. She suggested that she could fill the Rx for fewer days so I wouldn't have to pay as much, and she processed it with a GoodRx discount.The staff are what makes this location stand out. As long as they have an environment of being customer focused I'll keep coming back.”

“We come to the cafe at least once a week. The employees we have interacted with have been extremely nice. Depending on the day, it can get quite busy there and wait times can be long if you don’t utilize the phone app. If you order your food from the app, you can usually walk up to the front and pick up your food almost instantly. They do a great job of getting the food to you as fast as they can during the rush. The food is always good and very affordable!
They replaced all the tables and added a ton more. They replaced the food cooler and at least fixed the fountain machines… maybe replaced.

“I was so impressed with the costumer service. Cameron was the one who mainly helped me, but everyone I met was super helpful. They were so helpful and tried to get me the lowest price they could for a quality tire replacement. They also were able to squeeze me in last minute and were able to change all of my tires and look at some other issue in the car in 30 minutes. Very impressed.”
“Genoa is the best pharmacy out there. The people are the nicest, most efficient and most helpful staff I've ever had the pleasure of being helped by. They are also very knowledgeable about the prescriptions they fill. They are located inside Centerstone on S. Rogers St.”

All of the employees I have dealt with have been incredibly helpful, I don't know all of their names, but Brandon has been especially good. It seems like they care about their customers and aim to be efficient. I may very well switch some of our other prescriptions over to them. A+++”

“I have great experiences here with management, pharmacy & shopping. It's not the bougie Kroger on the East side but you'll find what you need. Download the app and link your Kroger card to get the best deals when you clip digital coupons. I took away one star because I think the sushi selection should be broader with poke bowls and more salmon & tuna sashimi. The meat department has superb service. Ask about deals. Great deals on cakes. Flowers are nice too.”

“I've been a customer for literally 2 days, but after years of being a CVS customer, I am astonished with how I've been treated thus far by Williams Bros. I submitted a prescription transfer request online, they called the next day to say they'd been transferred. I called them back, asked if I could get them delivered, and they said they could deliver them THAT DAY...FOR FREE. The delivery guy could not have been nicer or more helpful! He even took my payment at the door. I'm not used to a pharmacy saying they're going to do something and then ACTUALLY doing it!! So pleased with them so far. Their customer service is top notch!”

“Just had the best experience, I had purchased a calculator earlier in the afternoon didn't get a receipt because it was just a calculator and every one knows cvs recipes are long. But I come to find out it was broken, I came back to the cvs and they remembered me coming in, and event tested the new one before letting me exchange them. Great manager Joe! Nice to see people so happy on a Saturday.”

“I like the way the Pharmacy Tech woman handled my question,she didn't even take time to think,she answered me quickly. She reacts quickly and this makes customers comfortable. After speaking to the person at the FSSA office,I was sure happy to talk to this woman at CVS who didn't cut me off,she listened to me,this made me feel good. And I got alot from her just by speaking to her over the phone. She is a safe person to trust,I just got off the phone with her and I don't remember her name. She is awesome,and I am thankful for and to her. She doesn't let you know she is stressed at work.”

“Avery, long hair and a mustache ( incase there is more than one). Is awesome. Went out of his way to help me find a bag of Sliced pepperoni. Checked pallets and everything without me even asking for him to do all that. Unfortunately tall were out but that's okay. I just appreciate that he tried so hard to help.”
