Also hate the people who don't follow directional arrows and think they are better than the rest of us waiting patiently to fill up. They drive up to the pump for the vehicles that have tank on the right side of their cars, and their tank is on the left. Therefore, they are going the wrong way and causing problems because they are so much better than the rest of us.”

“I've been a customer for literally 2 days, but after years of being a CVS customer, I am astonished with how I've been treated thus far by Williams Bros. I submitted a prescription transfer request online, they called the next day to say they'd been transferred. I called them back, asked if I could get them delivered, and they said they could deliver them THAT DAY...FOR FREE. The delivery guy could not have been nicer or more helpful! He even took my payment at the door. I'm not used to a pharmacy saying they're going to do something and then ACTUALLY doing it!! So pleased with them so far. Their customer service is top notch!”

“This CVS is down the street from us. It is your typical CVS with medicines, minute clinic and stuff. The challenge with this CVS location is location. The store is built on a hill with the entrance on indiana 46 and the exit is on a side road. If you hope to return to 46, you will need to go through Richland plaza mall, turn around in the mall, and return to the road and the highway.”

“We switched pharmacies to this one inside Target two years ago because we heard they were really focused on their customers. We haven't been disappointed.Everyone we've interacted with has been very helpful and gone out of their way to ensure our needs were met. Many of the staff know me by name (who does that these days?) and go out of their way to get us what we need. I'm not a fan of the CVS web site and my experiences at other CVS pharmacies has been average, but this pharmacy is different.I was prompted to review them this week after Holly went out of her way to help me with a rare drug that wasn't covered by my insurance and wasn't in stock. She found another CVS pharmacy that DID have the drug and transferred it there. She suggested that she could fill the Rx for fewer days so I wouldn't have to pay as much, and she processed it with a GoodRx discount.The staff are what makes this location stand out. As long as they have an environment of being customer focused I'll keep coming back.”

“4/5 stars because the lone employee working with the security guard on a Wednesday night during Spring Break was a very friendly guy. As other reviews stated, this store has an odd layout. We needed items on both the main and upper levels. I totally missed the escalator and waited and waited for that elevator. It took what seemed like forever for the elevator to open. If there was a staircase I didn't see it. We found everything we needed. The upper floor was incredibly hot and made me feel claustrophobic. Headed to the escalator for our trip back down to the main level.Self-checkout is definitely encouraged with security arms length away. This didn't really bother me. Actually made me feel safer. Just a few other customers in the store while we were - students and what appeared to be locals. Given the need for a guard on the premises this must be a place with some history.Recommend if you're already on campus and/or don't have transportation.”
