Instructors are friendly, get to know your name, and are really helpful by offering alternatives to difficult positions. Class formats and times are varied, featuring a great mix of arms, core, seat, and leg workouts with warm up and stretching to upbeat music. Instructors keep the classes interesting and engaging by adding variety; not every class has the exact same routine. The studio always has something a little different to offer, including special events, challenges, and new class styles. All necessary equipment is provided, making it easy to just show up. Consistent attendance delivers on the promise of results for fitness goals and physique, with many noting significant improvements in strength and range of motion. It is a great community for overall well-being.

I could never have too many positive things to say about this studio! Every instructor and member is so kind and harbors a super welcoming environment. Varied class formats and class times. A great mix of arms, core, seat and leg workouts with warm up and stretching to upbeat music. Highly recommend!
