Well I guess this place doesn't like to take on new customers. I called to talk to a tax agent. I was told I'd be getting an email or call and nothing. Also the lady who answered laughed at me when I said 1099 was intimidating. Excuse me if you are knowledgeable about taxes and I'm not. That is why I am calling you to learn. Not to be laughed at and ignored.
Update, I did get a call back but not a single apology for the way their customer service representative acted. So if you want to be laughed at because you are not knowledgeable then this is the place to go.

First impression is everything. When I called the lady was rude from the beginning and laughed at me. If you want to gain clients you need to have receptionist that are kind, patient and respectful of your questions and concerns, that’s what customer service is all about. Sad that this business will lose customers most likely daily because of someone’s poor attitude.
