We come to the cafe at least once a week. The employees we have interacted with have been extremely nice. Depending on the day, it can get quite busy there and wait times can be long if you don’t utilize the phone app. If you order your food from the app, you can usually walk up to the front and pick up your food almost instantly. They do a great job of getting the food to you as fast as they can during the rush. The food is always good and very affordable!
They replaced all the tables and added a ton more. They replaced the food cooler and at least fixed the fountain machines… maybe replaced.
If you go, use the phone app. 😏

They don't have as much stuff as a good Costco, however, it is still a great start with plenty of stuff to choose from.

I went to Sam's club tire and battery today and it was some of the best costumer service I have seen in a while. Cameron was especially helpful to me but everyone was super nice. They were very helpful and saved me a lot of money. They were able to squeeze me in last minute. Totally would recommend for all auto needs.

This is concerning the pharmacy. They would not take single care or any other pharmaceutical discount card. The kicker is they used too.

Why is it that 2-4 of the pumps at the gas station at this location are always down with a cone in front of it? This leads to a 5+ minute wait every time you need to fill up. The store itself is fine, but water seems to never be in stock, and fresh items to take home and cook also seem to be hit and miss at times.

The employees very, very rude. I know we are all under a lot of stress but don't take your anger out on customers. I asked a simple question to customer service and got all kinds of attitude from them. Also even though we are under a mask mandate Sams Club is letting people shop there. PROFITS BEFORE PANDEMIC SAFETY. I'm canceling my membership.

This place is always clean and prices are reasonable, staff are willing to help in any matter, the place is always busy but doesn't matter since they started scam and go app (smart) if you didn't download that app please do & you will make your visit smooth and fast , love Sam's .
