THE Best pharmacy in Indiana. They are always ready when they say they are. All the staff helps you with your needs and questions. Everyone I recommend to them love them. No more it's ready please stop and pick up, you get there and we are sorry are text system sent that accidentally.but it will be ready in two hours.1 day later it's still not ready. You know from CVS . Sams Pharmacy is the best highly recommended...

Pharmacy refuses to give out over the phone if they have a particular medication in stock. Wants to make you drive there in person to check stock. Every other pharmacy in town, CVS, Kroger, even Wal-Mart pharmacy which is basically the same company will tell you if they have this med in stock over the phone. This is a self-imposed rule that serves no purpose other than to make members lives harder. I have been a member for 14 years at Sam's and this is very bad policy.

They don't have as much stuff as a good Costco, however, it is still a great start with plenty of stuff to choose from.

I went to Sam's club tire and battery today and it was some of the best costumer service I have seen in a while. Cameron was especially helpful to me but everyone was super nice. They were very helpful and saved me a lot of money. They were able to squeeze me in last minute. Totally would recommend for all auto needs.

This is concerning the pharmacy. They would not take single care or any other pharmaceutical discount card. The kicker is they used too.

Why is it that 2-4 of the pumps at the gas station at this location are always down with a cone in front of it? This leads to a 5+ minute wait every time you need to fill up. The store itself is fine, but water seems to never be in stock, and fresh items to take home and cook also seem to be hit and miss at times.

The employees very, very rude. I know we are all under a lot of stress but don't take your anger out on customers. I asked a simple question to customer service and got all kinds of attitude from them. Also even though we are under a mask mandate Sams Club is letting people shop there. PROFITS BEFORE PANDEMIC SAFETY. I'm canceling my membership.

This place is always clean and prices are reasonable, staff are willing to help in any matter, the place is always busy but doesn't matter since they started scam and go app (smart) if you didn't download that app please do & you will make your visit smooth and fast , love Sam's .

The management team here is sicken to my stomach, I was let go during the corona virus when it first started after the first 3 weeks of it. I had been sick prior to the virus being a pandemic, had doctor notes and let them know what doc said i needed to do. I also had been burned, inhaled full force oven clean , i had something in my eye due to lack of ppe and training and resources. I have asked for a resolution and she never did anything I asked my supervisor for help for a week, was released by same supervisor whom did not " handle' the situation. There are other employees whom had addressed these issues w supervisor and her boss did nothing. I was to speak to Dexter on employee appreciation day, the other girl kept calling off for a week it was way overwhelming. My supervisor had done nothing to handle the situation. I reported many situations and she failed to do anything.. I am looking into calling higher up n bbb and where ever so i can get my job back and she gets fired! I should have not been let go due to me being overwhelmed w no help from staff or management. I had even asked cory that day about speaking to Dexter. I am looking to take this as far as needed

I have been a Bloomington Sams Club Pharmacy customer for years—except for one year when I went crazy and switched. I’m back now and so much happier again! Their customer service is just the best!

Sam Club is a place where you like to stock up a item or 2 or more in bulk at affordable prices, this is the place to go to. So my family sometimes have parties where we need bulk items. This is the place to go
