“We are from out of state and used Guys & Dollies to ship my son’s items for his move-in to Indiana University. They were quick and helpful with emails and promptly answered every question I had. When we arrived for move-in, all of his boxes were already waiting for us at his dorm room, which made the whole process so much easier. Such a great experience and one less thing to worry about on move-in day. I highly recommend Guys & Dollies!”

“I kept my stuff there over the summer as an IU student and my stuff was safe. It was really easy. It was very cheap. I’m so grateful I found A good storage unit in Bloomington”
“Setting up/signing the lease online couldn’t have been easier, and the unit was clean and prepped for move-in when I arrived. Would definitely recommend.”
“Excellent experience. Would never use a national company as long as this family-owned business continues to excel. Meagan was especially helpful. Unit was clean and easy to access.”

“This is a great facility and business on the south side that seems to care about their customers. Sam was very helpful and friendly as was the woman working there. They were often walking the grounds checking on things but also fast to respond when needed. We had no problems at all with the storage unit over the past 18 months. Would definitely recommend!”
“The young woman helped me understand the services, knowledgeable about prices and went the extra mile to be kind.
Highly recommend and if needed will rent again.”
“Easy to aquire, cheap, clean, very good condition, perfect location close to highway and close to all sides of town, property kept in nice shape, can access anytime and ample amount of cameras to catch all proper angles. Units already ours has vaulted ceilings so it's basically 10x15x15 it's like having 1 1/2 units . Best storage lot in Bloomington by far! You won't be disappointed!”
“Carol was absolutely amazing and took the time to explain everything to me. She was very patient and made sure that no questions were left unanswered. Thanks Carol😎”
“Very clean and secure storage with paved drive around all units. Easy access to 37 and I69. Move in process was great, owner is very responsive and has great rates for such a nice facility/location.”
“College Movers hauled an old freezer out of our basement, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They showed up on time, got it up the stairs and out the door fast, and handled a genuinely nasty, smelly old unit without complaint. In and out quick, fair price, zero mess left behind. Highly recommend for junk hauling.”
“Great service! Delivery and pick up was scheduled and executed exactly when they said. I would recommend using this storage for remodeling! It made drywalling our garage very easy.”
“Everything about this facility and its staff have been great.
Everything was what they said it would be.
Incredibly helpful.
I wouldn't hesitate to store anything here again
Very clean and easy to work with”
“I had a fantastic experience here. I shopped around initially, needing something simple, and not finding that anywhere else. I finally found this company and not only was the process simple, but the prices are good, the options were exactly what I needed, and they offer locks there for an absurdly affordable price. I've rented 3 different units, and was completely satisfied each time. Please check them out- I promise they will take good care of you!”

“Renting a unit here was such a quick and easy process! The facility felt very secure, and moving in and out was incredibly convenient thanks to the free carts and dollies they provide to use while in the building. Sam was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire experience. He made everything go smoothly, answered all of my questions, and truly went above and beyond to make the process stress-free. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience!”

“Greg was super helpful and the whole process was easy and convenient! One note, the rate online doesn't seem to include a mandatory property management fee, so expect that the rate for the unit will be similar to other options even if it looks cheaper. Great experience overall, though.”
“Darren was super helpful, funny, and patient! He’s so easy to talk to and helped us find our unit right away! He hooked us up with a replacement combination lock after I accidentally dropped the first one LOL”
“I am a unit renter and have been so happy with my service, I feel like I need to pass the word on. Connie is very professional and helpful! I chose them because she and her husband live onsite to keep the units secure; they are also super clean! Both are a pleasure to do business with! Highly recommend them!”
“Pro: They have good clean units. Some have power outlets available if needed.
Con: If you are looking for a 24/7 accessible facility this may not be the best spot because of the unhoused making the hours strictly enforced.
Overall this is a good location and everyone seemed professional and nice.”
“I used Soft Touch twice in the past month. Both moves had complications. The management was incredibly flexible and easy to work with. They were patient and kind during an emotional time. The staff they sent to do the actual moving were amazing. I had a different team each time and all the men who moved my things were fast, efficient, polite and very easy to work with. They handled my things with care and moved it exactly where I needed it. This is an excellent company. Please use them for your next move.
I thought the price I paid for the service was very reasonable.”
“Temperature controlled units were clean and kept up on. The office staff were understanding about a late payment, as long as there is proper communication. No late fees, and sweet furry babies always greeted me when I visited. Will be using again if I have to.”

“I have had a storage unit for over a year and Mike has always been easy to work with as long as you keep him informed.... (If you get behind as I did), I like that you have access 24/7. Sometimes it's frustrating that there is no power, but that helps keep the monthly rates more affordable than most of the places around this area.Definitely worth checking out when looking for a storage unit!! ?”
“I have been using them for a year now, the lady is so fair, and is very kind and understanding about everything. They have a great security system, very good part of town!”
“Great place very cheap and reasonable size storage units only one issue there are no lights whatsoever so very dark inside the storages and around the storages at night there are no lights around there either and it is pretty far out by the lake”

“A Better Way Moving were excellent movers. We had a large move across several states with stops at two houses in two different states before we got to our final destination in Indiana, and they made it seem effortless. Their communication was great, every step of the way, which is very important dealing with a normally stressful situation. I would highly recommend them.”
