I spoke with a woman on the phone inquiring about a space, and she was very brisk and rude. It deterred me from even wanting to check back for available spaces. I was polite as I had no reason not to be, however that was not returned.

Put all our stuff in just to find the latch won't close. Waste of time. Should have been fixed before we rented. They also don't prorate rentals. You pay for full months, even if the unit is empty.

I have been using them for a year now, the lady is so fair, and is very kind and understanding about everything. They have a great security system, very good part of town!
