went last night with a few friends to get slushies and the whole time we were paying the cashier was rude and wouldn’t say anything and rolled her eyes the whole time. we were being very kind not being loud or obnoxious or anything. then we even were like have a good night and she just rolled her eyes again. I hope she gets fired because if you are going to have a customer service job at least pretend you are a nice person

Very rude and impatient cashier.
I was trying to buy some 1 gallon purified water but I didn’t find any so I asked the cashier. He said it would be in the back. However I still didn’t find the water I want. I said “sorry I didn’t find it”. He used really rude and impatient tone said “if you didn’t see them there then there is no 1 gallon purified water”. He didn’t say it is sold out or something. I checked ubereat and I see they actually still have it. The attitude of the cashier made me really uncomfortable. I will never come to buy anything again…
It happened about midnight of December 28th.

While the service may be ok. This gas station smells absolutely horrible no matter what time day or night you go in here.

I just shopped my local Speedway and was treated like I was in her way. She did not even look me in the eye and I had to get my own shopping bag to go, which a stack was already conveniently placed on the counter. She walked away to the back immediately. I spoke out I will bag my own goods and leave a review. I live close by (in the neighborhood) I shop here frequently. Maybe I shouldn't anymore? Give your staff more breaks. It is not fair that they take things they are personally mad about out on your customers. :(

March 21st 2024. At 2:15 a.m. as I always go to speedway for a coffee at the end of my shift on patrol I walk into a store that is literally a mess no coffee to get as I normally do nothing but hot water pouring out. I talked to the girl at the register she seemed to be very impolite and rude. I recommend that you watch the cameras on this time and date you will see me in uniform talking to her and the way she treated me. I feel as if this is a fireable offense. I will no longer be a part of the speedway on 3021 East 3rd Street Bloomington Indiana.

I grew up not far from here. I've used this gas station regularly. It's 9:45 p.m. Saturday and the bathrooms are definitely the cleanest they've been since 2014. I was informed that the woman who just got off is the best at cleaning. Thank you.

Great service today. I just went in for a fountain drink. Wanted Coke but they were out. Got a Pepsi instead. Not a big deal. My co-worker said the cheeseburger was really good.

The 2 workers had trash all over and said they were closing and when asked why they were randomly closing they shut the door in my face. They would also refuse any door dash orders.

Waited for an hour, many people came and went. A lady called the head office and they told her they called and got told they had two employees and had to close to restock without people coming in and out. However, this was a lie on the employees end since guess what, they had FIVE EMPLOYEES RIGHT THERE. I watched them the whole time waiting for them to open at that hour mark. They kept looking my way and laughing. The employees working at 7 Pm at night need to be fired or retrained. Along with forcing them to to wear proper clothes. I don't need to see your rump in tight pants and I mean TIGHT white yoga pants. Do you even know how to work at a gas station like come on now.

I go to this location because i know i will always see a friendly face and usually find what i need! Bathroom is almost always clean too, thank goodness!!

The coolers are never stocked, even when they have pallets of drinks that have been blocking the isle for days. I shop there often as it is on my way, today I asked one of the workers, who was stocking cigarettes behind the counter, if she could get me a Gatorade from the cooler, they were visible from the door but not on shelves, she barely looked up and said there's some right there and pointed to the stack of warm on in the aisle. I will not be shopping there again
