I recently visited Sports Clips, a bit apprehensive after a previous bad experience at Hair Jordan that left my hair lacking volume and looking uneven. However, I'm thrilled to report that the team at Sports Clips exceeded my expectations! A talented young stylist took her time to work magic on my hair, skillfully fixing the unevenness and delivering a fantastic cut. Despite the challenges, she did an amazing job, and I'm loving my new look. Highly Recommend!

I can't recommend this location enough. Ernesto knows his trade!
Stylist: I've had some good cuts at different locations, but Ernesto is on another level. He does a barber quality job every time.

Disappointed.
My son and I went to this location to get our haircuts today. At time of check-in my estimated time was 15 minutes and my son was listed for a little more than that. As it would turn out my son was able to go before me and the available lady (Lisa) started on his haircut. I could see that the lady (Bianca) whom I had selected was now cleaning her area (resetting I guess) from her previous customer. Surely this meant that I was next since by this time my estimated time was closer to 6 minutes. Before I knew it the board was now showing an estimated time of 38 minutes for me and this lady now had someone else seated instead of me.
I immediately brought it to the attention of Lisa whom wasn’t sure what had happened. I believe Bianca may have overheard because she looked over a couple of times during this interaction but no good or probable answer was given to me. I didn’t have time to wait another 38 minutes so I had to leave.
I’ve been traveling full time for the past 3 years staying in one area for 3 months at a time. That means that I’ve been to a lot of different Sport Clips across the US and have usually had good experiences until now.
Needless to say that I won’t be going back to this Bloomington location and it may just influence me to seek alternatives to Sport Clips from here on out.

We were refused sevice again. 1 HR 5 min before closing store empty except one guy who walked in right in front of us.

Someone referred me to Ernesto last year and he has been great. Always a great cut I can trust and be confident in. Personable and friendly, too. Historically I haven't been too picky about my style or stylist, just looking at the cost, but I was surprised to find the extra few dollars for the MVP is well worth it. I'm sure the other stylists are skilled, too, but I haven't had experience with anyone else yet. Thanks for your service!

For the many barber shops I have tried out in Bloomington over my 2 years living here, Sport Clips has honestly been the best I have been to. They are fairly priced for the cut + any other premium services you want, take their time, and are professional and friendly. They do not do appointments, but this is not an issue as long as your are ok with using the app to reserve a spot in line, calling ahead, or going in store to reserve a spot. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately my regular stylist Sarah, was unavailable, but Ernesto was available and he is a total gentleman and a pro. He took his time, was very meticulous and the result was great! I would recommend this Sports Clips without hesitation and you will be glad you went there, If I could rate higher than a five, I would. In fact this place rates 10 out of 5 in my opinion. All of the staff are great, patient and pleasant!

Had a great experience when I visited today. I did not make a reservation but instead just checked in online when I pulled in the parking lot. I came in to three people ahead of me. I was seen promptly after those people. I had not had the time to get in to get a haircut in quite a while and the stylist got me taken care of. I was very pleased with my cut. Will be back

Signed in online and went into the store when told to only to be skipped over while standing in the lobby. Had to wait another 15 minutes till the next stylist was available. Then my son only needed his sides cleaned up so it took 8 minutes from start to finish and they charged me 26 dollars for an 11 year old. Highway robbery and poor service.

First time ever going to sport clips and I'll definitely be back! Had Ernesto as my stylist and he took his time and did a great job trimming up my beard and cutting my hair!

In September I set up an appointment that took 4 hrs for me to have Tiffany cut my hair. When I arrived 15 min early I checked in 20 min later she leaves for lunch. It was packed and I waited 1hr. She returns apologized she said she didn't now I was here. I was ok with that things happened. Well today I set up another appointment with Tiffany I arive 15 minutes early as im setting I see her walking out. I asked her hey you leaving she said yes I will be back in one hour.no apologize just im busy and left. Wow really.
