This used to be a much better option over the Starbucks in the IMU, but ever since the original Manager and staff left, the quality has rapidly went downhill. The original manager and staff were so nice and welcoming, but the current and younger manager is rude and disrespectful and I overheard them talk poorly about their employees and customers.

I noticed various cleanliness issues, including unattended spills and a generally unkempt environment. Despite this, I ordered my usual beverage and a pastry, assuming it was an isolated incident. Unfortunately, within a short time of consuming these items, I experienced severe stomach discomfort and subsequent diarrhea. This was alarming and deeply concerning, as it was unusual for me to react this way to food or beverages. I had to cancel my plans due to the distress I faced after my Starbucks visit. Reflecting on this experience, I believe there might have been an issue with either the cleanliness of the preparation area or the quality of ingredients used. This experience not only caused physical discomfort but also shattered my confidence in the hygiene standards upheld at this Starbucks location.

They can’t even close the lid properly which resulted in me spilling the drink all over my body.
