If I could get this location a zero I would. I have rented from extra space storage several times throughout the years. This is the FILTHIEST units I have ever seen from an extra space storage facility. After paying for the unit, and the person that I got finally got on the phone after they would not answer the kiosk, tells me that I can call them back if I have any issues. I called them back as soon as I got to the unit BECAUSE IT WAS FILTHY and I could not get ANY response and since they weren't answering the kiosk I didn't feel that was an option. I do not recommend this location at all and I hope I can get my stuff out of there as soon as possible after having already paid my money and not being able to get anyone to even get a refund!!!!!

I just rented my 2nd unit. Simple,easy and excellent staff help. Carole Lighton ( store manger) I Received excellent customer service from her and is always ready to help and has a friendly smile and a wave when I see her at the facility.

I rented a unit at the Daniel Way location for one year. It was a very easy to move in and move out process. When we decided to move into a larger unit, it was an easy choice to stay at this location.
