I’ve been a loyal client at TradeSalon, regularly booking with Hannah, but my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed. Throughout my pregnancies, I had to cancel a few appointments but always made sure to reschedule and tip generously. I even continued to see her after a major mistake where my color turned out terrible and my hair was cut far shorter than the simple trim I requested—something I shouldn’t have been charged for.
Over time, Hannah has also repeatedly canceled on me last minute with excuses ranging from being sick to power outages at the salon. Most recently, she canceled due to illness, and when I tried to reschedule, she completely stopped responding. My messages have been left on read with zero communication or professionalism.
If she no longer wanted to take me as a client, she could have just said so. Being ignored and ghosted after years of loyalty is incredibly unprofessional and disappointing.

I went to see Hannah F. at TradeMark for one of my first hair appointments in a couple of years! Hannah made every part of my appointment fun and relaxing. Pretty disappointed today. Scheduled my entire day around my appointment for Hannah to cancel it last minute stating her mom was being rushed to the ER, yet she posted pictures of customers hair she did at the same time my appointment was, and received a new review (see below if you filter by recent), at the same time. If you didn't want to do my hair just say so, don't lie. Horrible first impression as I'd have been a first time customer, unprofessional. To the owner, if you would like screenshots just ask, or i can share those publicly as well, with time stamps.

Basic Outdated Salon. Services ranging from budgeted women with vacuity standards. Product caked with chemicals in their brain. Caked out orange make up, and Ossining pores. amateurs have no since of style in clothing Dreadful classless style! There is not a visionary eye in that entire den of a building. I witnessed a stylist giving a client a hair cut and this stylist Treadad absolutely mutilated this young man’s scalp he was upset. She acted as if nothing was wrong, and he was being kind. He walked out and Tredee still charged that person for their cut. The place has such low energy and just full of negativity, and drama. These women have no class! Alicia is the absolute best in town for nails! She takes the time to make sure your nails are healthy and the shape is always on point. I'm very hard on my nails and she has worked to figure out the best thing for me. My polish stays looking perfect for 3+ weeks!

I have been trying to find somebody to do my hair the way that I want it done for quite some time now. After messing around and paying hundreds of dollars at other places and leaving unsatisfied, I stumbled upon this little gem of a shop. Dawn worked me in at the last minute because I was starting a new job and getting ready to go on vacation all in the same week and was really feeling down about my appearance. I was a brand new client, and she treated me like a regular. I absolutely love the work she did on my hair so much!! Hands down my favorite coloring job ever and the cut is super nice and even! I can't recommend this place enough. They don't charge extremely high prices to compensate for some fancy classes or anything like that. They just do good old-fashioned hair which is exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend and I give five stars, I would get 10 if I could.

Horrible customer service... I think the lady (Tiffany) thinks she has a great customer review so she can take anyone for granted. We have scheduled an appointment today at 7:30 and we waited for her. The shop had open sign... but it was closed.. She didn't show up and did not pick the call ..after many calls and texts.. she says " I cannot meet I am with patient".. She absolutely doesn't want us .. I guess it has to do with our different first name... after sending many texts.. she finally says she can make at 3 PM tomorrow and we are not sure if she will show up.. when asked for another time.. she says she is not available.. I guess because she has good reviews and customers .. she doesnt treat or need any new customers.. New customers please be aware !!!

I have been massaged by Heather a number of times and always had an amazing experience! From deep tissue to hot stone, she is great at finding and working out my problem areas. I always leave feeling much better and would highly recommend her to anyone

Kari is a wonderful masseuse. Professional, knowledgeable, and extremely relaxing. I have been to many massage therapists over the years and Kari is one of the best. Highly recommend!
