Beware of the billing practices of The Little Clinic. My son was charged 158.00 for a flu/Covid test. You can buy the home version for 35.00. Also, they charge for the Covid vaccine but in fine print it says "if you are being billed for the Covid Vaccine please disregard". Why would they bill for something for you to disregard. Seems very shady.

Do NOT use this location! Only 1 person working. Appointments ran over an hour behind. Waited 25 minutes to be seen after the person before us left. Sent prescription to the attached pharmacy that was closed by the time we were seen. Absolutely clueless and no respect for patient’s time.

Online says they accept Caresource HIP so I made an appointment. Got there and the front desk turned me away and said they couldn't help me because of my ins. Take it off the website if you don't accept it and stop wasting people's time.

It was only one doctor and one nurse doing both intake and looking at patients. They were stressed but kind and very thorough, and didn't speed me through the door. It was a Sunday, and the only other place had a 5 hour wait. I was in and out of here within an hour. I was impressed.

Every time I call the clinic, on one answers and there is no voicemail. The phone just keeps ringing and I had to call Kroger to page them to answer the phone.

Wow.This place never answered phone call.just totally ignored it.Test results is not in the patient portal.they called me and left voicemail 3 mins before clinic close so if you need to call back you won't get to talk to them.Like they are trying to avoid you as much as they can.

Sent me to the ER instead of treating me. Too busy giving covid test than treating patients, resulting in too many people going to the ER that should not be there. I will NEVER go to The Little Clinic again. What an appropriate name...

Yesterday, I realized that I may have misjudged. The customer service here is actually really great. They have their days but be kind to them because they need it. We never know what they are going through and the things they see day to day. Compliment their work ethic and give them a change of heart.

Stopped tonight about 6pm. I had a tick bite from a tick I had removed from myself about 24 hours earlier. The area was swelling and rather than take a chance on Lyme Disease I thought I'd see about a antibiotic. I stood in line by myself since no other patients were visible to me at the sign in desk except for the receptionist and the male Nurse Practitioner. I'm not aware what their conversation was but I wouldn't be able to be seen today due to their full schedule and the NP would probably be there till 10PM doing charts. I told them I was sorry to take up their time and went to the IU Southern Indiana walk-in clinic off Landmark Ave and was in and out with my antibiotic Rx in 20 minutes.

I walked In at 9:35... checked in... not another soul in this place to get my second covid vaccine shot... no explanation of what’s happening or about to happen.. I sit.. there are now 6 people waiting behind me and no one has said a word to me or told me why I’m waiting... nothing has been done in 25 minutes of patiently waiting.. it is now 10:02...

This is a negative review of the Little Clinics billing services. My college student son received services from this business which were billed to our insurance. The insurance explanation of benefits clearly stated the balance my son owed, which he paid, but the Little Clinic kept billing him for a fee that the insurance company said he did not owe and that the Little Clinic could not bill him. My son kept getting a bill. He called and spoke to the billing department at least 3 times, sent them the EOB, was assured they would process the adjustment/write off that balance for their improper billing, but they never did. Instead they threatened to send him to collection. No matter how good the medical services are, if the billing department breaches their insurance contract and bills you for charges you do not owe under the insurance contract, find another medical provider.

This is an efficient place to get a COVID test, either antibody (have you had it) or antigen (do you have it now) type. You do need an appointment. I have been here twice. Once in November, where I stayed in the car and they came out to do the test there and today where I could go inside and get some basic vitals (O2 level, BP rate) recorded as well. The Clinic is inside the Kroger at this address. Use the north door and turn left inside the door and head for the pharmacy. This is a much larger and newer Kroger than normal and the Clinic is a three room one as opposed to most being only two rooms. It seems to be regularly staffed with a receptionist/cashier, two nurses, and an eye doctor. You can now get a result on an antigen Covid test in 15 minutes. They look just like pregnancy tests with the white plastic strip and you look for the red lines in the little window. I did not pay for this test but assume my insurance will. This test is a swab in each nostril, turning the swab seven times. I also opted to take the antibody test to see if I have had Covid in the past. This test is finger p**** and costs $25. What I did not know is that it only is good for the past three months. The results take about the same amount of time. So unlike in November when I had to wait four days for the results, today the results were basically immediately. A nice feeling of being negative plus a welcomed confidence I am not about to infection anyone around me. Their sign says they have the vaccine but it's premature, as they do not as yet. I do know IU Heath has them for anyone over the age of 70 at the time of this review, 1/25/21.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Scheduled my rapid COVID test online this morning. I proactively called ahead to confirm my test & get arrival instructions. I spoke with a female employee of the College Mall Rd minute clinic. I was told they were out of tests and have been for days upon arrival. Fix your website. Inform your employees. Don’t misinform & waste your guests time. Avoid this place like the plague (lol).
